  1. well im looking at jumping on the bandwagon for my 32R, going to BC BR with std 8/6 springs, car mostly used on street and looking to start doing bit more track looks like JJR is the best choice in sydney also looks like its available in two options, rubber mounts or pillowball mounts - anyone care to comment on noise level?
  2. around $100 mark
  3. I had same issue few years back when I changed to low offset wheels, consensus was subframe on r32 sits off centre http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/379453-rear-subframe-on-r32/ http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/366596-r33-rear-subframe/
  4. Mine is quaife front, nismo 1.5 gt pro rear, have only done hundred km run-in, will allow update once I have run it in and oil change
  5. what bout temporarily blanking off the pipe connecting to the bovs and see if it behaves the same way?
  6. brad - engine check light will stay on if any of the sensors aren't working, in your case, AFM on the powerfc controller, under sensor ckeck, does it highlight the faulty afm as black at all?
  7. try swapping the afm's around and see if it moves the problem you got stock cat? maybe drop zorst from cat back and make sure it hasn't collapsed as well
  8. selling my r32 gtr front and rear brake calipers - $350 will include brake hoses and front discs (will need a machine) pickup only - western syd near parramatta pm me
  9. R32 and early r33 cas are either hitachi or mitsi units (interchangeable), R34 and late model 33 (series 3 and neo?) use different cas with black plastic on the outside (Not compatible due to different engagement)need to use r34 gtr cams with r34 cas
  10. re-posted from gtr uk site, tim @ svs who are quaife agents in uk, some background
  11. stumbled on this today, http://www.jdm-option.com/eng/feature/05_10/bodyup.html
  12. metal coat hanger should do the trick
  13. possibly the pots in the rotary switch itself, tends to wear away due to heat
  14. look in the corner where the brake booster is towards the back of the front guards, there's a rubber/foam in the opening (3rd pic) from there, it leaves under the wheel arch and then into the drivers side above the accelerator pedal area
  15. i had both rolled for 255/18 tyres on 18x10 +15 offset rims
  16. gtr ones are 90amp, 32 ones physically larger so try one from 33/34 gtr, should be straight swap-over
  17. nice idea did u go the red or white bulbs from ebay? will the red brake light cover be fine to filter the white? also three per side, is the middle one different to the sides?
  18. this will be due to the rubber seals deteriorating, you can flush it but it will come back, overhaul kit is quite cheap
  19. correct, emailed Tim @ SVS and he confirmed using later model half shafts which are stronger as it has larger internal spine size, not a problem if your car is already late model 32 or 33/34 and non v-spec, straight bolt-on
