Good sales people get paid to lie, manipulate the truth and generally set false expectations (for a proportion of the time they are in sales) That's why I could never do it. Duncan - that's a question for Shell - I asked Aaron to deposit the Membership $$ into the SAU account. Not sure if he did that or not - but he did promise to do it. My membership was renewed and I didn't pay any $$ - so I assumed it was all good (maybe incorrectly) If arron hasn't come good on his deal with me and SAU - I am happy to pay the $35 for my membership. I think the club should persue the 8 or 9 memberships that Aaron promised to pay - (I sent Shell the details of the members involved) This has been a fcuk up from here to never never - and I am sorry to all involved as I originally organised it. But sort of beyond my control now. You try and do a good thing for the club and club members - but when the rules change down the track and it all goes to shit - what can I do ? Once again, apologies to all those affected. Duncan , if you want to give me a call to talk about what was promised etc - so that members can get some $$ or whatever back, gimme a call - I think coming from the club it might have more weight than just coming from me. It has been way to long - and I'd like to see it all resolved once and for all - for the sake of out members. Cheers, Brendan
