  1. i got the review.. hks foamies r pretty bad at makin power and filtering, unfortunately i run 2 of them.. tryin to get rid of them. Drift filters came first, im not suprised, 2nd was blitz followed by apexi. k& n filters r rubbish.. i had one.. piece of fkn shit oil coated rubbish. f**ks ur afm if u dont clean it often.

  3. yes the computer has been remapped and other mods?? such as? exhaust? it doesnt need any other mods.. its a gtr.. everything else is good enough for over 300awkw.. so what exactly do u want to know?
  4. dont use syn oil?? right... ive ALWAYS used syn oil and NEVER had a problem with seals.. maybe u put the WRONG syn oil in ur car suave-1 suave? hahahah my ass is suave
  5. clukns and skips?? change the oil in it for starters.. it has the wrong grade
  6. that VIN with the rb25, isnt the vin at all.. thats the engine number considering the age of both.. and the km's, they shouldnt have any wear on the steering or hand brake.. id take a closer look @ both under the hood. get it on a hoist and go over it with a fine comb.. my gtr has 121k on the clock and the hand brake looks like its been used for 121k.. not much wear at all.. beacuse u only use to when u park.. same with steering wheel.. not much wear at all. my mates S15.. 2000model. no wear at all on steerin wheel or hand brake. has roughly same km as those skyline examples. keep lookin champ! i wouldnt go near those 2 and u dont want rust ANYWHERE on ur car
  7. i think the reason behind most twin turbo upgrades apart from the obvious more power, is because it still looks factory.. so when a cop opens ur bonnet, instead of havin a 600hp massive single sittin all high and mighty, u have the same 600hp but in theyre stock locations. meaning as far as the cop knows, its a standard GTR... plus that also means, u can use standard oil lines, water lines, dump pipes and everything else provided they are a bolt on replacement for the GTR

  9. yer f**k upgrading... i cant really see the housings to clearly... but there seems to be a shape that resembles the nissan circle thingy inside a square thing... lol i dunno.. it looks stock to me im gonna have to tear it apart to see what exactly is hiding under there.. and B... u shoulda seen the old man.. he came along. he was like wtf, thats more than ur rx7.... was very interesting.. have it all on tape.. yes i am very happy with the results, im glad its got so much power.. with more to come, BUT i was hoping to have a completely original GTR in my garage... to hell with that! btw ive added the dyno graph to Forced induction area in the Rb26DETT upgrades sticky if u wanna see it nice area under the curve

  12. man, i went to a evo dyno day today, and my friend invited me to join then on the dyno and show everyone what a stock GTR was capable... just to give them a startin point to base theyre evos on... anyways, i thought, why not.. i kill him everytime we race, and not just by a lil bit.. like literally destroy him. so on the dyno i go.. and i prepare myself to see what exactly this beast was capable of.. anyways, as his going for a run i told him.. if it goes past 15psi stop the run.. @ 4500 it was on 15.8psi, so he backed off.. by then the car was alreayd makin 186awkw... i turned the boost down a bit, and gave him the thumbs up.. anyways, this time we went all the way and the boost hit 15.6 and settled @ 15.2psi for the entire run.. it made 287.8awkw on the first run... lol so i thought wtf.. more boost! so i turned it up some more.. this time it hit 15.8psi and stayed @ 15.6psi.. and made 296awkw hahah i was stoked... came 2nd to a GT30R custom turbo evo 6... everyone was like wtf.. stock gtr?? bs... i checked the turbos when i came home and theyre the stock housings.. i wonder whats lurkin under there lol and @ that boost, the car intake temp was @ 41deg.. so the turbos r still cruisin! so much for 100% original GTR lol
  13. skylines dont run a GT28R its just a T28 ceramic turbo.. as for hi flow options... i dunno, but i just made 287.8awkw on 15.2psi.. now i dont know if theyre stock or if theyve been hiflowed. but it seems they have a lot more puff before runnin out... the car was meant to be completely stock.. and original GTR R32.. but these power figures r far from stock

Apparent stock turbos running 15.2psi stock injectors stock fuel pump remapped comp by unknown jap shop cat back exhaust, JASMA approved so its quiet hks filters and thats about it... i was pretty shocked by the results... i think theyre not stock turbos.. maybe hiflowed examples

  17. a 400D and 5mgs?? thats coz its a jpeg... in the CR2 format its about 10mbs and when converted to a lossless format eg TIFF, it becomes roughly 58mb.. but then i editted it, made it smaller and saved it to a lossy format JPEG which is shithouse quality but good enough for forums
  18. it seems that all the ppl sayin that the GTR would get whooped stil havent read the records.. GTR HOLDS THE RECORD FOR FASTEST RACE if everything else is sooooo much quicker and the GTR would get owned... why does the record stand after what??? 16 YEARS!?!?? its not like its a not much, its fkn 16 years ffs! thats a really long time for the aussies to get theyre act together and still havent. plus ur also comparing a 16yo car with a new one. one with a space age bullshit chassis to a street chassis.. if they still cant beat the record.. doesnt that tell u something? compare apples with apples. the Current 2007 GTR would absolutely MAUL anything this country brings out on the track ANYTHING
  19. yer i just checked the records.. they still hold the Race record of 6hrs and 19mins.. current crop from 2000 onwards r still a fair way.. even the VR was closer with 6hrs and 20mins.. hahah now theyre doin 6 hrs 29mins god bless the monster the R32 truly is
  20. Well after watchin an interview with some race director dude, who was with the euro tourin cars and aussie cars as well as the americans and F1.. he says the JGTC cars are the fastest GT style cars on the planet.. and i dont think his wrong
  21. heres my ride from lastnite.. went black spurs to scope out some locations for my up comin GTR cruise.. had a couple of my evo boys come along this is the extremely reduced version (was 58mb... now 135kb lol )

  23. for the guys who dont like it.. get off the drugs.. its the best car to come out of japan. it looks tough as anything and it certainly has presence!
