  1. Again i vote CREATD motorsports...in Campbellfield; check out their factory and you wont go anywhere else. If i lived near springy or bayswater id be going to Racepace, Status tuning or RE customs....all fantastic reviews and many happy customers.

  6. appart from being illegal; boost comes on much smoother and more midrange and top end power. exhaust dosent get much louder either. great mod if you got the balls to fight the system.
  7. lolz i made a block for my mates gtt with some mdf, a rubber gasket, a drill for the holes and jigsaw to cut the shape lolz. worked a charm but your idea is soooooo much better; why didnt i think of that

  13. those brand new n1 engines are like 11-13k for the long motor; add the extras from your current engine + new turbos and its not a bad deal; sell your long motor too. If my engine goes; thats what im doing, not gonna rebuild just a brand new rb26 from nissan.....like what beer baron did.
  14. +2 near the hundred mark and before the luxury car taxes!! 4.6million yen was the cost of the car; now would be the high side of 80thousand before importing and taxes.

Funny this thread pop'd up cos i just did a quick fuel economy test which ended last night at 360km on the trip computer and down just a mm topping the empty line so i would expect 20-30more kays. My driving was highway at night, very little stop-start and occasional 7000rpm tacho views. I have most of the bolt-on mods including the power fc. I also leave plenty of black carbon deposits on my garage floor and pop flames if i change gear on load. fuel was shell v-power.
  16. I do my oil changes every 2000kms now just to be sure lolz. but i also watch my oil and water temperature gauges; I have a red flash when i exceed 89degree oil temps and 88degree water temps. Skylines are notorious for breaking 3rd gear under a flat shift and big power/torque so keep that in mind when your shifting.

Northern suburbs go for CREATD motorsport; fantastic tuning by Rob on my r34 gtr vspec 2. 500bux for a full 4wd tune. if you truely have n1 turbos you will make close to 300awkw as my car made 255awkw with only stockers, ebc, catback and pods. make sure you run your engine in first though!!! you wont be disapointed if you go to CREATD; i was blown away with the modern equipment and best service ive ever recieved at a tuner.
  18. look in the engine bay for an solenoid unit or look at the ecu and see if there is an extra cable plugged in; appart from the loom and handcontroller.
  19. pause the movie near the end and you will see an alluminuim or s/s pipe comming off the turbo with afm and pod. intercooler too. sounds like an aftermarket turbo too or at least a high-flow.
  20. + 1 fantastic stuff; used it on my beema as they have terrible brake dust issues. basically i removed each wheel one at a time and washed them thoughly (inside and out) with dishwashing detergent. Dried the wheel and sprayed a nice liberal coat on....waited 30mins and applied a second coat before putting the wheel back on the car. Process was repeated with other wheels; basically a high pressure hose at the local carwash would remove most of the brakedust and every now and then i would give my wheels a wash with car shampoo.....no need to scrub as the dust just comes off.

    Im actually always on the lookout for nice vl turbo's now; I mean the time where every damn tool bought one is over so only the true enthusiast owns them now so i always go nutz for a 'sick dose bro' lolz I think most of the tools buy fords now like xr6 turbos; what u think? Alot of r31 drivers are cocks too; serz! thinking 'oh i put an rb26 in my r31 so its a godzilla now'

  24. Yeah justcar but u dont wanna know the premium for full comp. I got my r33 when i was 17 too and the premium was like almost 4000. so i went with 3rd party without fire and theft; keep a safe distance from the car infront, pay attention while driving and dont be an idiod in the rain.

    Saw a black vy with KURUPT or KRUPT (something along those lines) chrome rims on the front and black interceptors on the back; loaded with his 'boys' the car was on the floor and im just thinking "hes asking for trouble or wind up in a tree" I hardly see any nice cars; especially skylines anymore. Sportscars with tasteful mods are rare now; hardly see anything worth turning my head for anymore. What happened? serz is it the petrol prices or has everyone found new hobbies
