  6. I like it! Where do you store it and what's your address?
  7. When you requested a particular brand, was the request only a "verbal" or was your request placed as email/written? If it was a "verbal", was there any witness?
  8. Very much appreciate your discriminating eye! PLYNX aka Pete is helping me out by fabricating LMGT4 GT500 centre caps right now too.
  9. Only alterations might be Nismo belt and Nitto pump. Ever seen a cutaway comparison of a N1 pump Vs Nitto? I have an N1 oil pump. It's behaving itself. My son's VS2 Nur has had its N1 pump changed to a Nitto just for precautionary reasons (by the previous owner).
  10. Twas great to meet new friends in Ricky, Richard, Daniel, Reece and Co/ladies!!! Great conversations about cars n ppl Great day out Great venue!
  11. Maybe we should try and organise a Tech Night on wind tunnel testing, -ve pressure below underbody diffusers, rear wing blade settings, height of stems, canards, NACA ducts, scoops and cd/wind resistance
  12. Friggin insurance companies 'move the goalposts'... Once upon a time, the age threshold for premium reduction was 21 > 25 > becoming 30
  13. Hi Chris, I've had the following two R34 GT-Rs for too short a time to give you a 'before' and 'after' but perhaps comparing a grannysmith with a delicious might help? Both cars have 700cc Denso injectors Both results were at just the same psi boost VS2 has Bosch 044 N1 has Nismo Pump VS2 has -7 turbos N1 has N1 turbos VS2 has Blitz front pipe N1 has Mine's front pipe VS2 has 90mm exhaust; but when it had the 80mm exhaust, the power output was 301.4wKw N1 has 80mm exhaust But bottom end power of the VS2 was magnified because of Tomei Profec B Cams with 9.15 lift
  14. My quote from "Lumley's SV" was $1000 less than with the other two "S" & "JC" that insure grey imports. National Ph: 133578 A panelbeater at my church yesterday said that Lumleys are easy to deal with too. You can PM me for my premium and sum insured. Sometimes though, a low risk suburb one year, can become a high risk suburb the next. And that's just one variable.
  15. ...'getting there' This old man would cark it - if he's already 'got there'
  16. Thanks again Marcus Paul was no help - hehe
  17. Europe is upside-down to Melb
  18. Jason, Contact... * "Huy" in WA with regard to his pearl black R34 GT-R V-Spec II Nur or... * "Iron Chef" with regard to a R34 GT-R V-Spec II N1 (which are always white)
  19. Kudos Motorsports has this > Business Trader in F/S section.
  20. Hehe... It can be a curse! The guy who gets the same pair might do the same > then you both get each other's tickets!
  21. ROFL Gold!!! Temptation to keep 'em:- If you get a ticket off the front plate, bring the rear one to court. If you get pinged on the rear plate, bring the front one to court. That's a rare 'pair'. Must be worth sumfin!! But actually on second thought, there may be another identical 'pair' Hahahaha...
  22. Just wondering if many/any subscribe to Roadside Assist in your state? Just watching 'pennies', I got a flyer in the mail from Budget Direct with their own offer of... * flat battery assistance * emergency key service (which means being locked out by toddler still inside I suppose) * breakdown towing (although there's probably a distance limit) * tyre change assistance (serviceman tells short skirt lady to bend over and turn wrench anticlockwise) * emergency fuel supply * unlimited technical advice hotline * minor mechanical roadside repairs Cost = $65pa in SA, QLD & $69.95pa in TAS, VIC, ACT, NSW, WA My current premiums are... NRMA Classic Care = $88.50 on the Subaru NRMA Premium Care = $154.40 on the Nissan (with no limit on towing distance) BMW Roadside Assistance & Accident = $116 (with no limit on towing distance) Hmmm....
  23. Yes it'd be best not to clash with the Kurmond group; and I'm not sure if my car will be back from the tuner yet. Might be best to arrange this with Luke_GTR, when he's fixed up his car. It's a brilliant venue I must admit. Matt Everingham said he'd pop down too to take pics if he was available.
  24. Well if Nismo makes a better umbrella than Alfa Romeo, I think I'll go for it... Hmmm, but not rubber boots Kristian lol Is there a more comprehensive catalogue than ^^^ ? I'm surprised at how many ppl here have such sizeable lists!!!
  25. Depot to depot, Iron Chef has couriered items to me here in Sydney via Northline > I've used the same from Syd to Melb. Syd depot is at Camellia/Rosehill. They can place your items on a pallet and shrink wrap it via forklift Might cost about $80 & not worrying about insurance. Can he pick up from the Melb depot?
