I am a chance for 1 August. I am meant to finish up in India on the 31st but could as easily fly out Friday night rather then Sat night. Will have to ring the "Butcher of Bayswater" to see if he has installed my new fuel system, manifold, gate, exhaust, plenum, clutch, gearbox, lunar launch module. Actually, brakes. I dont have a complete set yet but that can be sorted pretty quickly. Cant remember if my ol coole ris back on either so may be the time to throw a PWR radiator in it?!? The car has spent 2 years just getting the 8 year old stuff replaced with new gear. Sux to be spending all this money to go just as quick as before but the old girl was so tired from the years of use, errr abuse Will know by the end of the week what the go is as all i really need is the fuel system in my car and it will be good to go, all the other shit is just that. Bigger problem is getting the hell out of Hyderabad

Fact remains Webber didnt give himself enough room, Heikki like a bit of an ass clown was driving on the inside of the line and then started to move and seemingly rolled off the throttle just as Webber was getting ready to dart back right. The speed differential was the cause for the accident, but Webber was 2 seconds quicker then Hul and couldnt get past so pitted early. He needed to nail every pass and heiiki wandering around in a straight line and then coming up to 'His' braking area meant that Webber was off with the fairies when he should have been well right. But, thats racing. What makes me wonder is i need to see more in car. Was Webber F-Ducting away and is this just another thing that distracts a driver from racing?!?!?!?!?

You need to give back the Teins and swaybars if you go and put that filthy goat herder's engine in your car. Actually, it will be interesting to see any difference in pace with the brakes and engine. August and maybe the first week of Sep is going to be my last chance to punch out laps in my car. Its looking more and more likely that it wont see an Aussie track for quite some time after that

I ran a bracket on my R32 GTSt from 2001 to about 2008 on and off as i swapped over brake setups. The 324mm adaptor kit is easliy the best value upgrade you can do to your brakes. I experienced the problem you described with various brands of pads. Race Brake pads were variable, one set woudl be fine the next not. Endless were fine. DS2500s and DS300s overhung. So its more to do with the palcement of the pad material on the backing plate. If you are going to use R32 GTR or R33 GTSt calipers then i really dont like the 3 piece brackets that are laser cut. Machine them up out of a single piece of billet. When you consider that a few thou of pad deposits on a rotor results in a vibration through the pedal, i would not want to be relying on a bush on a backing plate being compressed together in a braking system. I would still be running this setup if DBA still made decent quality DBA4000 rotors,. Whatever they did between 2001 and 2006 made them a lot less durable and I was frankly sick of failing rotors so went to aftermarket setup.
