  1. Off topic here but gota say those rims on black look crazzy!
  2. I dont see any problems with it. In regards to diff one are upper arms and one is lower.
  3. The fronts will need a rolled at that offset and maybe tiny flare but probably should get away but rears will need a roll and flare. The way I ,measured to get the rims perfect were basically just played around with old rims and spacers and washers to simulate the new rims specs and see how they sit.
  4. I say go 18s because in my opinion on r33 guards 18s are the biggest id go and anything bigger doesnt suit it but up to your personal preference. Id go staggered 9.5 front and 10 on the rear itll look good. And what wrong with rotas? just one of those people that hears a story about someone saying there shit and they brake so you just keep spreading it? I know alot of people using the rims and have no problems with them. Not everyone can justify spending 3-4k on jap rims when you can spend that money on something else more important.
  5. go 18s, im running rota grids 17*9 on front +5offset plus 25mm extended LCA so prob be around -10 to -15 and 17*9.5 on rear +12 front and rear guards have been pumped out so depending what guardwork you want will determine what offset you get.
  6. washer bottles are overated lol just bin it and dont run one.
  7. Id be guessing hes probably going to be running an external oil cooler which really doesnt have the issue or being to cold if its a track car and thermostat if for street.
  8. From what ive read about feedback from the various plenums over the years If I was going one I would go the plazaman as they have longer runners then the greddy. I dont think youll have any problems going the plazaman youll also gain abit of response since your considerably shorten your cooler pipe. Post up back to back results when your done.
  9. Thats a pretty cool setup.
  10. Its either that or the motors died. I thought was my button at first turned out b motor.
  11. What he means is that most dynapack dynos read significantly higher than a DD dyno in the norm and trents one pretty much is spot on with other DD ones which arent happy so it makes for a better comparison with other peoples results.
  12. Why shouldnt he be allowed to drive it? hes got the money and and has worked hard for it why shouldnt he be able to drive whatever he wants, you telling me if your were 18 and had millions you wouldnt go buy whatever you want and drive it? money is power and it always will be and if your lucky enough to have heaps of it make the most of it.
  13. I think hks ones sound like what you described go type on yputube and listen to them.
  14. Koyo radiator plus anything like a 19 row oil cooler will solve all your problems.
  15. Yeah there hub centric ones. You have to make the hub rings you hsve are right for the rim and your hub. Most rims need a 73.1 od ring and nissan have 66.1 id hub ring so unless your rim has a 66.1 diameter youll need a ring to suit.
  16. Or if you still have to use the spacers and the rims dont allow it youll have to grind down the studs on the hub by about 2-3mm if your using 20mm spacer so they are flush with the spacer, 25mm dont have that problem.
  17. Check your freinds hks exhuast for the silencer when you look inside the cannon the whole should be like 4inch if its a small hole and you cant see any baffle material in there then its got 1.
  18. If you unbolt it now does it just fall out? or do you have to hit it with a hammer to get it out? if it doesnt just fall out then its fine as its sitting in the taper.
  19. Dont know about hks as havent physically looked at them, but if there redicoulosly quiet then chances are yes they probably do pretty much I would say all the ones that pass the jap jasma approval would have one since there all pretty quiet. I dont know about which hks guys are saying is really quiest the ones ive heard were mid noise range.
  20. Cant tell you from personal experience as I run it externally from my surge but there are alot of guys that say they run them inside and havent had problems.
  21. Yeah its a el dash cluster kit you cant just stick leds in and get that.
  22. Just go the 1.5way nismo there good alround diff for street and will be up to the task when you track it.
  23. The regu 06 is redicoulosly quiet probably one of the quietest jap exhuasts you can get sounds like ass definately quieter than the hks. Also yes it has a welded in silencer in the cannon which reduces it down to 2 inch which I was one of the ones who discovered it and removed it but not only that the resonator they use has 2.25 inch inlet and outlet so its drops from 90mm diameter to 2.25inch. In regards to flow for 250kw you wont find much difference when I did back to back from a straight exhuast and the kakimato with all the restrictors I lost about 8-10kw and that was running 260kw with the straight and about 250 with the kaki but yeah its basically stock sound so for a street car concerned about sound not a bad option if thats what your looking for but just know youve got a 2inch restrictors and 2.25 inch resi so as you increase power you will face restrictions. Imo no way is it worth paying 1300 for a system with restrictors making it quiet you might aswell get one made for a 1/4 of the price with restrictors.
  24. So what do you want to do? Run the 044 externally or mounted in the tank? You cant really run the 044 outside and have no feed pump inside the tank, thats why you usually mount the 044 outside if you got a surge tank.
  25. What type of spacers are they hub centric? Few things you should try first the hub rings might help so there worth giving a set and always good to have a set on anyway, also when you tightened the spacers and rims did you do them in criss cross pattern sometimes when there not tightened like that it makes it slightly offcentre.
