  7. the motor is direct to the hicas steering rack . the motor cant turn without the wheels steering
  8. fail for a start one of the gauges is front torque
  9. i spent weeks trying to do the cam timing on a single cam rb20e . eventually found out the mark on cam pulley is supposed to be at the top . tried that . triedup to a few teeth either way aswell . stil shit hack . it ran but obvoiusly not the best . looked at diagrams in the book then realised
  10. the motor is on an angle . it has to point to a line perpendicular to the head gasket . NOT vertical
  11. hicas does nothing below 80 kays ???????? . put it in hicas diognostic and it will make the rear wheels go max letf to max right and back to centre every 2 seconds while the car is stationary so you can look under it and see what it is
  12. as i once read on here . no turbo apart form a stock one is going to do anything on a 20det below 4000 my flat mate has a s13 with rb20det in it . r34 turbo good exhaust shit front mount good fuel pump . it made 190+ kw at the hubs on 11.5 psi . upon looking at the graph its not at full boost untill 4300. its not too bad when combined with the lighter weight of the s13 . car has run an 13.2 on shit tires and low hard adjusties

  14. have you checked the 4 ball joints ot the two bolts that hold it to the subframe ? gievn the amount of work the rack actually does i highly doubt its worn out jack ut up and get some gorilla to try and "steer" your back wheels while you look to see whats sloppy
  15. i put a r33 gts35t one in mine . well i would have . the stagea one has the motor pointing down (FAIL) the r33 one has the motor pointing backwards way higher up .. the plugs and sensors are all the same . a skyline one will bolt in but 1 or 2 of the plugs are to short by a couple of inchs
  16. an orifice for what ? do you mean a spigot out of the piping as a pressure source for something? all of them are out of the l pipe are you talking about 20mm air feed to the aac valve? or is its series 2 it will also have one out of the pipe from ic to tb for the powersteering
  17. mine did that to. there a quite a few things in the trouble shooting matrix that the solenoid will remain off for . most likely is too much boost . or afm maxing out . what mods does your car have ?

  19. maybe the clutch needs a bleed or looking at . all forward gears are synchro'd but reverse is not
  20. i put an amp for the speakers in it . pity its on the passanger seat and not under it with wires and shit goin to it . also inquired about some alpine type r's for the front
  21. flog some off a stagea . should be the easiest to make fit . hood struts are the shit .
  22. what tires and wheels do you have ? my stagea does this if i put the space saver on the rear coz its smaller
  23. garret already has one . to get it small enough to work properly on a car itd have to be 48 volt . read it in a book thats like 2 years old
