  1. Not sure if you noticed but all series 2 stageas have days side skirts so even a stock bumper will match, but since the insurance is fixing it that won't really matter I guess. I do have to say though, I applaud you for not killing your father in law, I defonately would have. Or at least made him pay for all the repairs and not put it through insurance.
  2. You will probably find its more worthwhile to fit a turbo back 3" exhaust and a performance panel filter first, the extra breathing does add a fair kick. I ran 12psi on my op6 turbo for about 2 years before it spat the rear wheel. Oh and if your lucky when you rear wheel comes off it wont take your o2 sensor with it like mine did. It pretty much snapped it clean off.
  3. My rs4s only used one outlet at idle but used both at wot. It standard, just get an aftermarket exhaust and enjoy the extra breathing.
  4. You typed rs4 so I'm going to assume auto, they will fit the rear but I would recommend spacers on the front to correct the 20mm offset difference. I don't think they will fill your guards that well but I'm pretty sure they will fit.
  5. Do you know if the gtr harmonic balancer is the same as the 25 neo balancer?
  6. I work until 330 Monday to Thursday and until 206 on friday.
  7. This thread has turned pointless, considering that here in Australia I can get one dyno reading at shop a then one at shop b and they will be very different, the only true comparison is using the same dyno in the exact same conditions. If the op had supplied a before and after you probably wouldn't care as much about the end result , more the difference the mods made. I still think that is a nice power figure.
  8. Edit. Mayb I typed the wrong number in.
  9. I've got Nissan data scan and I live in Ipswich/work at Richlands if you would like to see if the self diagnostic has anything to say.
  10. There is a quick and easy fix for that. Just cut the wire and install a relay with a switched power from the ignition. We can sort it out one night I you want, I'm pretty sure you wont want to swap cars so I can do it at work.
  11. its your choice/money to spend but how often does a cop look at what gearbox you have in your car. hell ive had a jza80 supra gearbox in my 1972 celica and i never even got a comment at the size of it the 3 times i was defected/put over the pits for random things. cops have no idea what they are looking at, i have even had 2 cops try to tell me my car needed a cat. sorry for the rant i just dont understand the logic behind most nissan owners..
  12. the oil light sender is just below the oil filter. il try to get a pic but its kinda hard with the plennum in the way.
  13. This is a long shot but, the plastic bezel?? that goes behind the drivers side boot handle to drop the seat down. And the plastic push in clip that holds it in.
  14. I've found 3 options when I did mine ( rs4s ) t the light sensor fitting, buy a different sandwich olate or do what i did and get an m12x1.25 - 1/8bsp adapter and screw the sensor in the temp sensor hole.
  15. As the topic says, I need to replace my front brakes, I've warped 2 sets of c34 discs so I feel I should upgrade.
  16. Ummmm I think your engineer just wanted more money, gearbox swaps are not a modification. But I've only done like 10 gearbox swaps in the last 10 years so maybe cops just love me.
  17. Mod plate?? Why would it need a mod plate?
  18. Ok I tested the actuators on the bench, Mid actuator - starts to move at 2psi, 100% at 28psi High pressure - starts to move at 20psi, 100% at 50psi I haven't tested the little one as its on the car.
  19. Yeah that sounds about right, my excedy hd is rated to 374hp, and it has "imaginary" slippage.
  20. Sorry hit the 3 not the 2. It's open 100% at 28. Edit - just thought I would add, I tested it on the bench, not in the car.
  21. Ok here is a question for all running the 18/20psi actuator. I tested my actuator and it starts opening at 2psi and is open 100% at 28psi. Does this sound about right? Sorry didn't notice I put 38
  22. Silver m35 at Wellington point at about 1245.
  23. Silver m35 at Wellington point at about 1245.
  24. Cracked pistons, bent rods, bent crank, brocken rings. Any or all of the above.
  25. Ok just want an opinion on what actuator I should attempt to use for my tune. Low pressure - 6/7psi that creeps to 16-18psi with a boost control to try to get a constant 18-20psi High pressure - 16psi sometimes normally 20psi that drops to 14psi with a boost control to try to hold boost on. Logically I think the low pressure would be the smart choice but just want a second opinion.
