Yes that particular VQ motor may have come out in 1994 BUT it was not a VQ35DE. You are comparing apples to oranges.
The VQ35DE came out in 2001 and no earlier. Just because they're VQ motors does not make them similar in any way other than the 6 pots.
And I don't forsee 6pot motors getting higher in capacity. More likely 4 pot turbos or big litre 4's, economy will be a design factor no doubt
The VQ35DE made it's debut in 2001 in the Nissan pathfinder at the same time as the Renault Vel Satis. There is no record (other than one persons post on another forum) that the VQ35DE engine was used any earlier than 2001.

Given this platform made it's appearance after the 1999 aliance of the trwo companies one could plainly argue the VQ is not wholly Nissan. The same can also be said for the chassis. The Nissan FM platform of the V35 & 350z has been argued as designed by the French, again this platorm came about after the alliance of Nissan & Renault. Personally I don't really care who designed it if I enjoy driving it.
Next time you change the door lock see what is written on the body of the actuator, it aint Nissan . There are a number of parts on the car that are not Nissan, why not the motor as well?
Carrozzeria = Nice. I'm assuming you mean lose the brain and connect the screen to a new head unit?
Most current aftermarket DVD head units will be able to connect to this in some way or another via USB/DIN or RCA but you could go Pioneer for a better chance of intergration.
You asked two questions, I gave you two answers in the same order + all the info on the subject that you'll ever need
But seriously, like cobey said...........no drama.
How about something a little left of field?. Nitto Invo made by Toyo tyre:

I'll be replacing my Yokohama V103 with these because all reviews would indicate they are better at half the cost.

I have the stock shifter with the TK Hebi Bebi knob which in my opinion is a better combination. The TK knob can screw down lower than the stock knob so the base of mine is about 10mm above the console level. The low down weight on a stock stick makes shifting a little easier.
M8 if your method actually works then you have to do a DIY on here and get it stickied. I'm curious to know what part of the fuel pump is interchangeable with the window motor.
Have you considered a Ford XR5? The 2.5l 5pot is a volvo motor (C30) capable of some high HP with tweaking and add ons. Have you seen the Top Gear episode where they put the current Rex & Ford RS up against the prototype Volvo C30T5R.....must watch.
