  1. Depending on the exchange rate, and who you get to make the top mounts and modify the lower mounts. Between 5-10k, I got lucky that the exchange rate came good when it did.
  2. Currently the car has 258rwkw on E85, the engine realy hits a wall at 7500rpm with 4deg exhaust cam retard, and 8000rpm. Idealy I'd like to spin it to 8500rpm. My thinking is that it will be a combination of rear housing size, and cam timing. I don't want any more power, the turbo has produced 270rwkw on a different 20 (that I killed), and any extra power will just make the car slower on a rally. Current turbo specs: Compressor wheel: Billet-D, 52 trim Inducer 51.3mm, Major 71mm. Turbine: Cropped back TO3 72 Trim Major 59mm, Exducer 48.7mm.
  3. It was 2nd, and no shitty Toyota engine is going in my car. I've done a different thing each time from the bottom up, so now i'm at the top, the next engine will be fine. I did almost poo my pants at 10:25 when the car jumped sideways. If you want some I can put you onto my tuner, he organised all the valving. still learning a lot about setting them up, but being able to adjust hi and low speeds separatly makes a big diference in changing conditions. Any good shock can have my valving applied Penske/ohlins (sweedsh)/mca/proflex.... But it's probably cheaper to get the Penske's out of the states, and revalve them here
  4. I've currently got a 400hp RB20 highflow, and it doesn't need a restrictor. I'm happy with it, but i'd like a slighly bigger rear housing so I can spin the engine harder. I thought a NEO would probably be too big for a 20? Idealy I'd run a HKS GT-RS if I could
  5. time for another stage, Rinadeena where we were second fastest in em
  6. Just wondering if anyone knows what the standard specs are for a RB20/25/25NEO turbos? I'm mainly after the A/R sizes. I can only run highflow Nissan turbos for the racing I do
  7. I'll have to pull it down, but i'm guessing the valvle didn't close properly for what ever reason, and it gas axed the side out of it. We checked plugs, injectors, and ignitor on the side of the road. We rounded that GT2 up 2 stages in a row!! There will be more stages uploaded soon.
  8. Well I killed another engine, but still finished 5th (was 2nd at the time) here are some stages Paloona 2nd fastest EM car Plimsoll fastest EM car
  9. We were pretty stocked to get the team award! We didn't find out until the dinner last night.
  10. 5km from the end of arrowsmith (59km stage) I dropped to 5 cylinders, looks like I've done a valve. I was sitting in 2nd at the time, and would have been extending my gap. We did the last 3 stages on 5 cylinders. Pretty sad at the moment, but a few beers will fix that.
  11. bahahaha, that's what we want to hear
  12. are you going to lead the rb20 cheer squad?
  13. We have been preping the car for Targa next week, but have been too busy to update the thread, we have setup a facebook page for updates during the event (shameless plug), out service drew will be updating the page during the event https://www.facebook.com/#!/TeamManionRoach
  14. What is the go with rallysafe this year, how much are they?
  15. I sent him a emai yesterday about it. Dad did Hellyer on Friday off the GPS points, and said there was no road markings, and we did it on Monday off the road markings. I've never used the GPS Co-ordinates for recce.
  16. Yep castra is the goat track between wilmont and gunns plains. I had forgotten how steep the downhill section is. Also noticed that the Smoothline notes (and probably others), and the start of Hellyer don't match up. It took us a few back and forths to lign the notes back up. The start line is a couple of corners into the stage.
  17. It's good training for the event for your consentration. There are some big days this year
  18. yep...to change the wheel
  19. we did 3100km of recce on the weekend. Rianna looks like it will be shortend, and probably have a speed restriction zone. With all the talk of Woodsdale, I will be surprised if there is a big hit. Just like when Rosarden was introduced. I did manage to break 2 recce cars, cracked a rim and got a blowout on my gtr after 1000km yesterday (only 30mins from home though), and blew the turbo on my stag today. Castra gets my award for the gayest stage of the event. I'm not a fan at all.
  20. I have a few rb25 viscus fans in stock. Will pm later
  21. apparently Ricards and Burnie are together because of 'licencing issues' (whatever that means). Poor ol squeek misses out
  22. Word on the street is that Ricards is in for glenney in the chook cooker
  23. i'm not sure how many Tarmac spec emo's or sti's could handle the landing. I've seen a few emo's come out of riana with bent steering arms
  24. You should be stoked just to have finished with the problems that everyone else had. When are you coming up for some laps trollbermerc?
