  1. Sounds like a business Trader Ad, as do the other 6 threads (that have been removed). If you wish to sell goods here on SAU, you are required to become a paying trader just like everyone else. Further details can be found here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/294953-are-you-a-business-want-to-advertise-on-sau-click-here/

    Gor Wrap Up

Pretty much answer your own point mate haha The speed limits have also been dropped AGAIN in a few places, and back through the otways. It used to be 100km/h posted limits... So ye, not much you can do really. It's definately a very cruise-cruise route now. I had a great day none the less, always love driving the road no matter what. Views, the air - It's Mabo.
  3. You could simply look @ the rods/pistons and work it out. You'll soon see comparing to stock ones - if they are or not. Are you really going to persist with those turbo's though? You know the info on them, and you know they are unfortunately... very average. Also do you realise the cost that v-cam is? If you did, you'd soon sell the turbos and just buy decent ones. Be better gains for dollar than v-cam will get you. Not saying v-cam is bad, but there is $10,000 more to spend before going that route in all honesty and turbo selection is the single most important thing to spend the money on in the first place. You can have 11ty supporting mods, but if the turbos are rubbish it'll always be an 'average' setup. Other wise, simply set a power goal and plug into the search essentially (300rwkw, 330rwkw, 400rwkw etc). Info/parts are all covered in more detail than you'll get on one thread.
  4. Oh this is gonna be good. Subscribed *bed time
  5. Stock wont be much better. You need either to chip/Nistune or get a PFC. Cheapest way out for you... A tune is needed to clean up the car map etc
  6. Praying to jesus sounds good about now?
  7. Stock speedo's are generally pretty close @ 60km/h buy by 110km/h they are quite badly out. Over 200km/h, forget it. Can be upto 30km/h wrong. So calculate all you want, but you've still gotta account for the fact the stock one could be +/- 10km/h @ 100-110 to begin with. If you have a PFC or similar look @ the read out. It will give you a much better idea than the speedo I've found.
  8. Guilt & I were looking @ specs quickly earlier and they are sorta in the middle of a -7 and -9 Bigger comp, but a tighter trim so they *should* be somewhere between a -7 and -9 so 320-330rwkw and about as responsive as it gets. Shouldn't feel "laggy" like a -5 set would.
  9. Waiting on other Admin feedback
  10. Try closer to 10k Paul for a calais turbo, upto easy 15k. IN other news... SAU Nats DVD is ready! Anyone coming on GOR can get them early
  11. You get one on the day if you don't have one already. Just put "TBA" in the box.
  12. You really have no idea what you are talking about, as usual.
  13. So what does starting at 2000 "without" loading hope to achieve? You need load.
  14. You do realise something as simple as dyno ramp rate will affect perceived response on a dyno...?
  15. Yeah it really depends. Some generic stuff is fine, and some other makes/upgrade kits are using china cores for 400rwkw+ applications. So gotta test pre/post boost drop etc.
  16. 100% agree. Now you see that nothing actually happens before 4000rpm - It's nothing remarkable IMO.
  17. If your tuner told you that you "needed" cams, then he has no idea. As you've seen there are that many guys who've made some great power with essentially stock heads. A 3" dump is too small for a 700hp turbo (GT35).
  18. ^ exactly the issue i had last year, it simply does not go away without getting it sorted... And it will take at least 4-6 weeks.
  19. There is no scale along the bottom, impossible to work out/overlay
  20. just makes it look like it's dipping even lower @ the front? Maybe it's just me...
  21. both still look shit IMO. Sit up too high @ the rear like a VT commo look. Leave on wang or sticker to define a bit. Black/plain is hard to pull off, and cant be done with the few lines that car has
  22. lol Laith... Well played... But... Moving to the correct area.
