You could simply look @ the rods/pistons and work it out. You'll soon see comparing to stock ones - if they are or not.
Are you really going to persist with those turbo's though? You know the info on them, and you know they are unfortunately... very average.
Also do you realise the cost that v-cam is?
If you did, you'd soon sell the turbos and just buy decent ones. Be better gains for dollar than v-cam will get you. Not saying v-cam is bad, but there is $10,000 more to spend before going that route in all honesty and turbo selection is the single most important thing to spend the money on in the first place. You can have 11ty supporting mods, but if the turbos are rubbish it'll always be an 'average' setup.
Other wise, simply set a power goal and plug into the search essentially (300rwkw, 330rwkw, 400rwkw etc). Info/parts are all covered in more detail than you'll get on one thread.
