  1. Coming home from a b'fast date... Mmm Pork Belly for b'fast, was farken awesome.
  2. Not even a HANS will save you from the punishment you'll be enduring...
  3. Not sure, maybe you missed this? Same shit dude. It's not an issue of importance or one you will EVER get an answer to. Car weight, driver, tyres etc - all far more important variables to worry about anyway. Oh and if you are on a strict budget, hate to tell you but you'll end up blowing it. No-one meets a tight budget when doing a full build. It's just impossible as there are too many variables that again come into play.
  4. No one would buy -5s and run 300rwkw. Added lag for... What? They are 360rwkw+ turbo, so you run them at 360rwkw... OR buy -7s if you want 300rwkw, or -9s if you want 330rwkw Given that is what 7 pages of this thread is about, not to mention the other threads...
  5. You shouldn't have any shuffle issues with -9 or -7s If you do, there are other issues.
  6. It is a members only event. You cannot attend, unless you are a PAID SAU-Vic member or WRX/HSV member.
  7. If anyone has current EFT details Please PM me. User banned etc!

  11. Yeah that's a rather expensive one. I'd suggest anyone wanting to do a lot of launches, look into doing a Nismo front diff first... Before the stock one dies and then takes out your 9ltr sump as well, it hurts the budget allocation
  12. It'll be about the same. 300kw is 300kw. Torque also plays a factor but for the most part it'll be close enough for the sake of the argument.
  13. Indeed!
  14. ^ you put it a lot better than I could have Doing the entries listing etc right now, been a hectic few days in my world getting ready for this coming w/e event. Expect emails and updates over the next few hours
  15. Not if the shaft takes other bits with it Cost you triple given the box type
  16. You will if you break it. That said, I know people have broken OS gearboxes as well with 380-400rwkw. Lots of people strip 5th @ trackdays where you get into 5th simply because it's not meant for busting top speed/max power type stuff. It's all about mechanical sympathy. If you show some, you won't break stock gearboxes.
  17. ^ i hear they are busting input shafts on gearboxes around 400rwkw? That is not good, very very costly exercise.
  18. As boxheadmr said - entry details are up the top. Note - this is not a SAU event. The SAU Nationals will be in Nov, 4 day event to celebrate SAU's 10 years
  19. I'll take a wild stab and say Admin/Mod & Club Reps are the only users who can. (i don't know off the top of my head) I'll have a look during the week for a more definitive answer, it's not an obvious thing in the Admin panel.
  20. *sigh. Please read the section rules - and update accordingly. Thread will be locked if not updated.
  21. It's not a direct fit IIRC, but it's not a huge task to be done. There are a couple R32 GTR drag cars using R33 GTR rear ends in Syd Also a R32 GTS-t down here using a R34 rear.
  22. Pretty sure Crag is entering. Dave hasn't said anything yet.
  23. Oh we are only staying up Fri. I believe Craig has entered, so put him down for a bed in Matt's room
  24. Drivers side. There is a plastic recirc pipe that goes under the radiator back to the intake side. GTR BOV's are good for any application. If you want less BOV noise, run an airbox.
