  1. Have you bothered to read this thread, at all? I've clearly stated once the Regs are worked out, the team will be formed and then announced. There have been a lot of entries and it's not a case of first in, best dressed. Hell the first post has this in it: Didn't think it was that hard to comprehend to be honest
  2. Just a baffle plate with a couple small holes drilled into it, effectively making exhaust 1" Only good for EPA tests and not daily use. Also... "techincally" illegal unless it's welded in. Fat change of finding that out without taking the exhaust of though
  3. Much the same thing i thought
  4. Excellent point indeed. Think about it, you can run 200-250km/h at a track day on a main straight quite easily, lap in/lap out. Without requiring a cage, chute or event a harness!!! That's at a CAMS event as well. Given the ANDRA/CAMS relationship it's quite surprising the rules are still how they are. CAMS are a problem at the best of times however ANDRA rules are just so much more... Of course as you said, it is hard to account for the "LCD" (Lowest Common Denominator). I mean there will be one retard who will go run 140mph and be unable to pull up in the event they did change the rules... So I can see the point. However the "happy" medium for everyone isn't close however. And the SAU Nats in Nov - Goulburn Airport - 800m runs, with a radar Heathcote has recently had some attention to the track surface as well Duncan, so would be good timing if you were thinking about it. As you know, Heathcote rules are also a little more forgiving as well, given they are not ANDRA http://www.heathcoteraceway.com.au/scrutineering.shtml If you guys wanna look into it further, could organise a private day easily enough. SAU-Vic has one in a 2 weeks incidentally with the WRX/HSV Clubs down here.
  5. lol might have something that weekend? It's 4 days away. You never come, so you won't - easy answer I'll see how i go Fri nights work shift. Probably come out around lunch time!
  6. Pretty much what we found down here Good to see someone else in the same ball park, with similar results. Amazing what a baffle does.
  7. Only for us GTR owners. Everyone else has a cry
  8. So 2010
  9. $150 a week he is going to struggle.
  10. Read the forum rules - get your mate to sign up.
  11. How about an Osteo? I have a very good one just near me. They aren't just for backs etc I found better improvements there than going to the local physio - who has all sorts of sporting team accolades from Olympic teams etc.
  12. That is seriously fked
  13. The knob is totally different to original BRIDE as well. See here: http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-x-show-shine/429713-drivelinemotoring-explains-differences-between-fake-real-bride-seats.html
  14. Can you please supply proof as to the fact they are indeed genuine? The photo attached is taken from Bride directly ... I've highlighted the rather obvious difference in RED. The Original Bride has a recessed bracket where the recliner knob is. The seats you are selling appear to not have this and an almost straight bracket in that same location.
  15. In Shepparton
  16. hahaha whilst amusing, I'm not sure everyone's friends @ CAMS would think the same. I would suspect there are going to be more tyre revisions and even PRO/Street class restrictions altered... Hold tight people!
  17. More changes coming to the regs I hear ... Will know more in the next 24-48hrs Oh dear
  18. You'll find most decent workshops will have welding available. As for cost - unsure, you'll need to get a quote.
  19. Thats nice. When you pay to advertise, feel free to promote your services.
  20. Yeah very friendly, considering it was 10.30pm on a Sun night as well - quite abnormal!
  21. It will depend - majority go up Fri night. There are always a few that leave sparrows fart on the Saturday though. Just have to wait and see whom
