Ye i know the exd is slightly smaller... but... -7 is a 55 trim -9 is a 56 trim Slight difference, higher trim = more flow. Garrett even make note on their website that the -7 is a N1 OEM Replacement. I've never seen -7s make more tha 300-310rwkw, where every -9/GT-SS car makes just that bit more 310-330rwkw on average.

So you need both? remap for the larger injectors and this AEM thing to further bend the signal after-the-fact? Why couldn't the remap sort this out? Im confused

-9s are bigger than -7s Dan. -7s are the same size as R34 N1. -9s are GT-SS equiv, larger than R34 N1

The tip have sweet FA to do with it. A tip any larger than the exhaust itself = noise. There is no performance benefit.

100% should be done. More will break over time, so in 6 months you'll probably have to pull it all out again. Do it now, save yourself the time/cost later.

Most heads have a minor tidy up. Seems to be all you need really. You still going Garrett -9s? If so its a tough ask to be able to say it's worth it dropping 1k on porting. You'd benefit more IMO from spending the money on just a solid reco on the head so that it's all in fresh order and won't give you issues later, is reliable and set for many years.

190rwkw is a LOT more than 300hp 300hp = 223kw There is no way you are only losing 30kw to the drivetrain Id say closer to 340-350hp @ 200rwkw would be much closer to the mark. So yes, 2.5" is going to be too small and I would not be surprised if there is gains noticed if someone went from 2.5" --> 3" with 200rwkw. Might only be 5-10rwkw in the top end, but the midrange might see gains as would on/off throttle etc. **Although** that includes having a nice dump pipe as well. If the dump/front area is only 2.5" then dropping the exhaust from the CAT - might not show up the actual difference. It's still being choked from the outset etc. Either way 3" should have been chosen.

turbo install is the issue, keep checking things. I say VAC line too. But have you retuned since the install?

lol a 25/30 isn't legal in Vic Well I've seen it happen dude Its static throttle, but if you've ever heard a RB26 static @ 5100rpm it ain't quiet. It's a bullshit RPM anyway. Ferrari's have ECU controlled valves, factory. So they pass such tests and then when driving along - they open depending on throttle position etc. Again making it bullshit as an "aftermarket" Apexi valve like that is illegal, yet does the same thing.
