Also don't forget it depends on what type of steroid(s) you are using, how you are cycling etc on top of the training and all the other 400 variables involved. A lot of armed forces people i know have used in the past. Some its obvious, some you would be none the wiser. So in saying that - Unless you hear it from the guys own mouth you couldn't really confirm or deny as with a good 3-5 years of hard work there is no reason it wouldn't be possible naturally at all. Gotta remember some are luckier than others too with regards to their body, how it responds etc.

If you want cheap, no frills/marketing supps www.bulknutrients.com.au Their WPI is 89-90%, most other 'branded' WPI seems to be anywhere from 65-80%. Basically no fillers at all in it which is good if that's what you want. Flat rate postage too which is good if buying in bulk. Talking to a BB here @ work he tells me he used to get his stuff from the US as well but sometimes it would get stopped @ customs etc. So not really worth the hassle/price reduction sometimes if you get a shipment that gets stopped

I know what he is getting at, all good lol. I will need to alter the program yes, no question there. Need to add in some Rows etc. I'm doing that now albeit it with basically no weight just to pull things back a little and aid the strengthening. Just gotta get the shoulder(s) right first. Even with the exercises I've got I'm noticing it's still not right, but getting better which is good. I've been to this Physio group over the years, plus it's only been 2 weeks. Can't expect it all to be fixed too quickly. Next weeks session if things aren't markedly better then we'll see as I've a whole heap of exercises to do which should fix it, or show up more-so where the actual problem lies. Paul - I generally wake up @ least once a night anyway so it's not really a major problem for me. Being a shift worker for 10 years now I tend to sleep in 4hr blocks, wake up for a few mins and then another 4hrs. Almost like clockwork

Porting Rb26 Head On 500Whp Setup?
R31Nismoid replied to cobrAA's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
What line did i cross exactly? The one where people call it how it is and you get upset? All you've done for the last 6 months here is predominately start threads that do nothing but plug your own website. Most of the "news" or "interest articles" are just a copy/paste from other websites, sources etc. Which really most don't care about as we've generally already seen it. However in some instances you don't even credit the original authors yet other users here have been able to do so in 5mins, thats just poor. At least other people doing the same, at least link back to the main page as a bit of fairness. You however link back here by taking people to your own build thread Oh and benefits, come come, you think people are silly? Ads on your site - more traffic you get (via us), the more the ad's earn you Of course you'll respond with the "it just covers the hosting costs", like everyone else. Overtime though you know more traffic, more income. -
Yet Another Tyre Fred - Semi Slicks
R31Nismoid replied to eightsixboy's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Nitto are confusing as shit for their tyres. NT05 - High performance street tyres. NT05R, NT555R, NT555R-II - All drag radials It's the "R" you have to look for, and the resulting tyre resembles nothing of the same family The NT01 is their true semi comp, yet for whatever reason doesn't carry the "R" Stupid branding IMO. +1 AD08, RSR, RE01R, KU36 etc are just high performance road tyres. They are NOT a semi slick. -

Track Battle Australian Time Attack Series
R31Nismoid replied to GTR32G's topic in Motorsport Discussion & Builds
Yeah there was only 5 laps of the final course design done, and that was with me as passenger. That said it won't be 'identical' anyway IMO as it was only rough positioning to see how it would work. I'd support even a longer back section for more speed lol, that would totally change the course dynamic again. -
The physio said just to wait for now and see how it goes. He's been doing similar stuff, even in my neck as it's partially nerve related too he thinks as I jump everytime he digs a certain part of my neck Next visit is late next week. Im doing everything I'm being told so it should get better with time really. Can't expect it to get better overnight. But down the track i'll have to get regular massages once a month at least. All good though, I've lost no motivation, if anything it's making me more determined at the moment which is good. Actually look forward to smashing a gym session out

If its anything like VCT on/off difference on a 25, then there are certainly benefits, but as with all its cost... Which certainly sounds reasonable too 3lt + vct... mmm let the fun continue.

R33 Gtr V Spec - Suit Show Car Or Project
R31Nismoid replied to Almac's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
Apart from the ridiculous price, false claims about the Kms... doesn't even make sense how you own this car, nor is there proof. locked. until you provide an acceptable trail of sale from owner, to workshop... workshop to you... no chance for you to try sell this here. -
XR6 is the bang for buck king at the moment. Same as the VL turbo was 6-10yrs ago. Cost vs gain, can't be beat. Just don'texpect to go round corners. If you want corners, EVO VIII-IX
-
It's 4WD ATTESSA... all that it comes down to is tyres. Good rubber, forward movement. Bad rubber, sideways then forward movement. Either way justplant the foot and hang the fk on.

Forum rules, price or lock. also helps if you read the rest of the rules/guidelines and provide decent information. -
What do you get if you win your class?

Spectators are fine mate, anyone is welcome. Everyone is friendly, so just stick out your hand and introduce yourself

You can't engineer with power mod, they don't go on the cert as that requires EPA/ADR testing. To make it simple... VASS Engineers cert only covers mechanical So makes perfect sense to go in with a near stock motor if possible as they check emissions but only in a way that ensures you meet the acceptable/compliant levels. It's does not mean power mods are legal in the EPA eye.

Track Battle Australian Time Attack Series
R31Nismoid replied to GTR32G's topic in Motorsport Discussion & Builds
5-6 lap sessions, sessions being the keyword As there is one day practice/familiarisation and the 2nd day competition... One can only assume how many sessions there will be. EG: 2 practice sessions, and say 5 comp day sessions thats 35 laps = A good 10 laps @ full neck? Or even 15-20 if you read traffic right, and don't have a car that gets too hot too quick etc. Of course there are 100 variables, but as it'll be 50-65 second lap. If it was 4 / 5 cars per, that’s 14 / 10 second gaps respectively. Another idea that was discussed, as the "chicane/slalom" part is not on the dome itself, there is one section on the dome itself that could be used as part of a "cool-down" lap. Effectively keeping them totally separate of those on flying laps etc. I agree though, it all comes down to how it is managed at the end of the day, which should be fine as there was a few ideas floated and all sounded quite reasonable. As long as people don't take on the water barriers constantly that is -
Track Battle Australian Time Attack Series
R31Nismoid replied to GTR32G's topic in Motorsport Discussion & Builds
Format is being decided still, as in laps, but the idea of 5-6 lap sessions of 5 cars was tossed around a bit for Calder. So its not a single flying lap, its your best time over the day that's counted. The class rules are listed in the classes sub-sections. -
Oh they were still excellent - don't get me wrong. AD08s were nothing short of awesome on a damp skidpan, markedly better than semi's Still haven't done a full alignment and everything else yet (along with going from 17 to 18s, wider tyre etc) so much potential still to be unlocked from the AD08s, looking forward to putting some times down for the cup

Nope just the Dome for 2011. Calder track hire is a bit offensive (read: stupid money grabbing Bob).
