  1. Still for sale guys, sorry I've been away at Targa Tassie for a while and I hope I have responded to everyone who's both PM'd and emailed. Someone did ask if this a Brisbane flood car, answer is a big NO, not at all. The car is kept at an area completely unnaffected by the floods. Cheers, Ben. PS, Undefined, I'd still try and work a deal with you mate, but it needs to be attractive to me. There's a plethora of those Z cars for sale, drop the price on it and get rid of the bloody thing!.... then come get this!
  2. So, back in sunnt Queensland and already missing TT! I had a great time this year, very proud of how all my SAU mates went, we have some real talent aboard this forum Great to catch up with service crews too, always excellent to see you Greg I have a renewed vigour to return next year, just need work to allow me.
  3. Good luck to all today!!!!!!!!
  4. If I had seen you I would have hawked all over it We had half a crack in the 999 car and did a 3.26...... These Evos ate too easy..... and this ain't a flash one
  5. Yet somehow paled into insignificance against Kennard's nudy swing set run!?
  6. Mate I think I'll be actually Purchasing tyres!!!! Rare I know!
  7. Coop, bring it down mate, the thing is a weapon!
  8. The white specs are just little bits of cotton or something reflecting in the flash. Unless my iPhone flash is doubling as a CSI light?
  9. Thank you Jamie. Some more random pics, she does shine! Genuine low kays..... means better than great seat and steering wheel condition!
  10. Yeah, as per farkin usual, you're right Baron. It was a heavy broad minded person of a thing. But regardless, even the aero on a large one leaves a lot to be desired, weight has little to do with it once rolling. Certainly though, a low profile light enclosed one is the gun for a radical or similar, or cut the top half of the Atlas pantec off and she'd look sporty AND have better aero!
  11. I'm not convinced with enclosed trailers. Giant had one (sold it), by the time it was loaded, it was just too bloody heavy, compounded by drag. The flat bum on them really creates some suction. They do make you look like King of the Kids though I do however have plans (plans ) to add to my open trailer, just a tyre rack and a roll out awning on one side, and removable canvas toward the front for stone protection.
  12. This ^^^^^^ is why I love rallying
  13. Couldn't have said it better myself.
  14. HHAHAHA, I heard your dramas Dave..... you don't sound sour at all!? Anyway, where's my invite to FNQ? It's nearly cool enough for a southerner like me to head up!
  15. That's easy Nick, take a run up the east coast to The Sideling, or any of the roads around Elephant and St Mary's Pass. Download a Targa Map and cross reference it, not hard to find great roads in Tas!
  16. Yeah they're not exactly rare Paul, I'd assume you'd have one by now?
  17. Bumping up. After three weeks plus of emailing and texting (why don't people just use the phone these days?), an interstate buyer has failed to complete the deal, so we're back on the market again! PM me for my mobile number if interested
  18. Everyone arguing that it must have hit a pothole needs to stand back a little and realize these cars are on run flats! By their very nature they are different to what many folks have experienced in the past with bruised or cracked wheels. Fact: I crewed for a 35 in a rally that did several kilometers over very rough roads on a completely flat tyre without any rim damage whatsoever.
  19. Piss poor Timmy.... but I know the issues of trying to squueze heaps of recce in a short time
  20. I'm arriving in Lonnie saturday. Will have the customary piss up at the Olde Tudor saturday arv/evening.... and this time, Dicky Johnson is joining us we finally have a good 999 car.... eddie decided using other people's crap was too hard so he purchased quite a nice Emo 8, all prepped up
  21. Ok ummmm, your notes will be A4 though.
  22. Neil, road books are A4 and are bound, so they're a frag larger mate.
