5 out of 12 of your exhaust manifold studs are broken causing a massive exhaust leak which in turn is giving the O2 sensor a false reading. May sound stoopid but it's exactly what my R31 Wagon was doing.

Made another simple Cool Tool today for the purpose of removing and fitting Lower Control Arm Bushes in the R31. Not my idea but it works well and hopefully it will be just as good for the Trailing Arm Bushes. We shall see... Piece of pipe, Threaded bar with nuts, Washers from some R31 Castor rods. Priceless. Wish I could make something to do Ball Joints.

Put the Front King Springs in the Wagz. That's Low Kings all round now and yes the front is now a little lower again. Ball joints are goosed so I just jammed some more grease in there. Will either get new ones pressed in or new Lower Control Arms. $$$ Pulled out the old Lower Control Arm Bushes with a nifty puller I made and put the new Nolathane bushes in. 25 year Old Bushes were Farqued. Still need to do all the rear Nolathanes but between the fronts and the King Springs SkyWagon Feels Soooo much better / Safer to drive. The change from when I bought her to now is Amazing but still more to come.

Got some R31 Low Front King Springs from James today (Sir son of rajab Von Van Winkel), need to get motivated to do them and have a crack at doing suspension bushes. Nolathane - Control arm bushes - Trailing arm bushes (upper and lower) - Pan hard rod bushes & Ball joints have all been acquired. Might get some Tie rod ends too. Pedders quoted over $500 to fit the bushes and ball joints on the car or $260 if I take the bits to them. The end results should be AWESUM though.
