  1. What a rip off buyers beware I purchased this pump off him about 4 weeks and still haven't received it He said might have been lost by auspost and got it returned and will post it back ASAP A week later no pump and stopped replying to my messages as I wanted to get a tracking no this time round His been online and I've asked him for tracking 3 times no reply so clearly he has ripped me off and didn't intend on posting it in the first place So just beware not to waste you money and purchasing off this guy I'm just going to purchase a new one save headaches and waste of time not worried about the money $90 down the drain but I waited almost a month now Biggest scammer ever
  2. Took my 180sx to wsid with sr20det with the ss1.5 and .86ar currently at 266rwkw Ran a best of 12.3@122mph with a shit 2.1 60ft Beat my last pb of 12.4@120mph with the atr28g2 Going to test it again after I put in a 3inch intake and walbro 450lph pump and a touch up tune Hopefully will get closer to the 11s and I will also try it with the et streets as I only ran street semis But had the et streets on when I ran the 12.4 with the atr28g2
  3. Boss kit have the wiring for horn and cancel indicators ?

  6. Now that's what you call customer service
  7. Well said manuael
  8. Engine cond can't be the same Intake will less restrictive on his as it's highmount less bend and so on There's your 20-30kw differences there Either way your are very close to the limits of the .63 rear housing and your engine will be a lot happier with a .82 rear especially on pump 98 Yes it will be alil Doughier maybe 2-300rpm laggier but it's worth the piece of mind especially on pump 98 and at those boost and power levels You can't have the best of both worlds or deal with it being restricted and less power but more responsive
  9. Yep you can't just say should be around 316kw There are a lot of variable between yours and his setup Yours is on the std manifold his has a high mount tubular manifold Was his tuned on the same dyno as you I don't think so His can handle more boost than your cause the e85
  10. That's why vtec or vvl was produced so as to not sacrafice power downlow there is 2 cam profiles used and switched at certain rpms
  11. Yes I've replaced plenty of cams and a mechanic by trade so work on cars day in day out I ve driven a few cars before and after performance cams are fitted and yes you won't notice the power loss if you have a heavy foot and drive in the powerband of the new cams everyday but most people just give it a squirt here and there and ain't alway revving above 4000rpm dailying it and cruising will be where you feel and notice the power loss downlow between std cams and performace cams
  12. The rpm signal is usually sent to the ecu first and then cluster So to confirm if the cluster is out is as easy as comparing the rpm on the ecu to the cluster
  13. I'm not guessing wildly Are you a mechanic superben ? Do you even work on cars your self or just pay people to do the work Is has been proven time and time again larger cams than std always shift the powerband higher on any car Yes you will gain power up top but is it worth the loss down low which is up to owner and driving style choice and purpose Yes you can get the manifold runners tapped and check the egt and engine backpressure under load on the dyno to confirm but the price to get that all done you could have gone to a new rear housing but do as you like it's your money and time
  14. Cams in a rb as tested by Tao only gain very little but shift power band higher Where as you where making 200kw by 4000rpm it will proberly be 150kw and full boost will be later as well so won't be good for street and be felt at the track only You should have ran your nistune tuned by Jem with 287kw on Unigroup dyno and seen where it was at to compare but does it feel quicker than before or the same ?
  15. Also mick o was on e85 wasn't he so would of just masked abit of the pinging and allowed abit more leeway before pinging
  16. Yeah but your comparing yours to different setups The other guy made the extra power from e85 and more boost and he has a more free flowing manifold and inlet plenum so can make use of the extra boost aswell Your will be restricted by boost now as your on 98 so more boost will just ping But waste your money elsewhere up to you Tuner has already guided you in the right direction There's a restriction somewhere but the cat and exhaust wasn't it as it didn't gain much once you changed them
  17. Ebc will only help to extent but if there's is too much backpressure blowing the gate open at high rpm It's going to drop boost no matter also when the turbos out of flow it will drop but I doubt the turbos maxxed as my mate made 360kw with a 5558 on e85 sr20 A smaller wastegate may also help as there won't be as much pressure blowing on it as it's physically smaller But those are only bandaid fixes which might only help slighty But a larger rear housing and proper manifold is a proper fix if you want 300kw plus
  18. You can't 100% trust a dyno number It's how it drives and the speed it pulls at the quarter mile is accurate I went to latest rigoli dyno day and made 260kw was tune the week before at Unigroup 266kw Seen a turbo civic the had a dyno sheet on the window tune by Jem and made 280 odd kw on rigolis dyno only made 224kw go figure
  19. You can't compare dynos they don't all read exactly the same and it's was retuned after the exhaust
  20. Well can't be the intake then But might be good to search how much power people been getting using .63 with a rb25
  21. How's your intake ? 3 inch all the way and free flowing as Tao from hypergear has tested at 250kw there is a difference of 13kw going from 2.5 inch intake to 3inch Also .63 rear housing may becoming at restriction on a 6cylinder and that power level and boost
  22. You would only want to change to a .86 ar if you wanted to run the turbo to its maximum Or if the .64 is restricting the engine as the gains will be very minimal if it wasn't restricting the engine in the first place I'm talking about 5-10kw at maximum but boost response will be down 2-300 rpm and power delivery will be later so down low power will be reduced
  23. Yeah is still slighty down on power to Tao but new intake and pump should put it closer to Tao results Also most dynos vary abit but a true indication of the power will be down the quarter mile which I'll be testing soon So far at 250kw trapped 120mph 260kw trapped 122mph I'm going to test it as is now and after I put on the new intake and pump
  24. You have to get a fuel pressure gauge to test it under load on the dyno to be sure no use guessing also you have to make sure it's getting full voltage under load but if it's rewired shouldn't be a problem
  25. I'm on nismo 740cc side feed injectors and trying to squeeze the most out of then as I'm on e85 43psi base + 14.7psi ontop of base and 25psi boost that's 83psi fuel pressure so flow from the dw300 will drop drastically
