  1. I was in Penrith on the way to the plaza ... not on my Ps though.
  2. Nah I'm kicking round in a black 32, if your car is what I'm thinking of drove past it a week or so ago, SAU sticker on the rear passenger window?
  3. Seen that car, looks tough. Are you a grey 32?
  4. People keep looking for these, I got one from SSS Automotive for $50, got altered by Hypergear and is now on my high flow, so I'd say give them a call.
  5. SSS Automotive will sell you one, I got one from them for $50
  6. Perhaps then, I think maybe Maldanados side swiping history doesn't do him any favours here.
  7. Gonna have to go back to the tape ...
  8. Was Maldanado ever actually in front though?
  9. Job done, cat is on, happy days.
  10. Mate I bought gauges off here http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/Gauges-/33672/i.html?_catref=1&_dmpt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&_fln=1&_ipg=&_ssn=carlab-design-tuning&_trksid=p3286.c0.m282, don't need to spend a fortune, and they were easy to deal with.
  11. I have several gauges in my car. Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water Temp. I got some off ebay, and they came with all the sensors required, the oil ones plugged into a sandwich plate that came on my car when I bought it (I was replacing some tired/broken gauges) and the water temp sensor had just been put into a hard pipe. What does get sold is a metal sensor screw in thing tht can be put into your radiator hosing somewhere, so I'm guessing that the gauges just don't come with all that stuff, and you'll need to buy some of it extra.
  12. Well if a new one was available then sure a new one would be fine too, wasn't sure how easily I could pick that up, and if it would cost more than just cutting this one off and putting it on the new one, but thanks, gives me a ball park on cost
  13. Hey there fabricators. I've never needed to get anything welded up so I thought I would pop in here and ask .... I bought a new Venom cat, and am putting that on my car, but the spot to screw in the EGT sensor is bigger than on my old cat .... So I want to get the screw in bung lopped off my old cat, and welded onto the new one, both are off the car already.... How much would anyone expect an exhaust shop would charge to do that? Cheers guys.
  14. My car really needed a wash ... but I still like how it looks on the street, nice video Matt!
  15. I am almost giddy with the prospect ....
  16. i didn't know this ... but this has me right on the verge of maybe doing it ... I'm up there 3 times a week for soccer anyway .... excitement!!!
  17. What would you charge to post the intercooler pipes to 2747 in Sydney
  18. If I had the cash it would already be in transit toward my RB20 If this it true it will be ok on an RB20, I had a 25 turbo on my car when I bought it and it didn't feel laggy.
  19. The 34 is a GTR? If so I think I've seen that 34 getting strapped through the Penrith industrial area ..... it's fast.
  20. Yep. I'd done some searching on the interwebs, and discovered that there is the plastic bit between the terminal and the alternator. Well that had broken and come off as I was doing it I guess and was not there, so the terminal was against the atlernator, and grounding and blowing the fuse. Went and got a new plastic washer and a new main fuse and all is well again.
  21. Is a fusable link, got one from Scotts Auto one, but then I put it in and it blew, so it seems I may have another problem, which is odd as all I did was put a terminal on the end of the wire, squash it on and then put it back on the alternator, any ideas what could be causing that?
