and he said 180sx, not 200sx.

LOL so this isnt the fastest 180, it may be the fastest DR20 powered 180.

Bobby, how do u know anything else out there aint faster? Does ANDRA have a site or something u can go to with a list of all the records for each class?

there r quite a few 180's in japan running decent 9 sec times with even the old ca18

maybe something can be learnt off them?

ca18 with 12,000 rpm and t88 34ghk turbo running a race 3speed auto with slicks is sure to get a fast time no matter wat :D

it was 10.4@132mph. Nothing beat that camaro tho! HAHA and it was an impressive save when the red car almost smacked into the wall! According to fullBOOST it is the fastest 180SX in australia. And the car is tuned by Duane Evans, funnily enough, from High End. Once again, well done to Benny, Duane, and the rest of the High End boys.

Either way you look at it, it's a fast car.

Is that benny's old black & white drift machine?

black and white? dunno about that, but i know its pink now. Its the 2nd of the drift cars. I hear it will become a drag car while the other gets a rebuild. But dont quote me on that.

Hey bobby, yes i was so happy to see the short wheel based patrol with wheelie bars come on! How did the rajab cars go in the end? i only saw their first runs with both cars. Did you like the Addams Family car? Talk about not being aerodynamic! haha

WLDCRD, im pretty sure the pink pussy used to be white, unless they have 2 180s!?!?.

Also didnt u have a silver 33(or am i thinking of som1 else?)? Sell it for a 32 GTR? Noice!!

(sorry to get off topic)

dont know what colour this pink pussy originally was, but the 1st one was white with a sun roof. That was smashed at a drift comp. That was once pink as well. So, yes there are 2 180's.

And no, this is the first turbo car i have owned from a V8. Its always been a 32 gtr. :P

    • Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out
    • Talk about noisy. Even when I still had the Tomei under the car I could distinctly hear the tires rolling. And I doubt I ever will need maximum grip like on a track. My GTR will maybe never even see the 600hp mark and I need to get used to the car quite a bit before challenging the limits of its handling. For the next winter storage I think I will get a set of these rubber drive-on thingies that have a tire shaped base. Those supposedly really help prevent flat spots.
    • Well our climate is definitely way less hot overall and the weather can be quite picky at times. I just know that during normal road use or even spirited drives there is no way I'd be able to consistently stay in the operating temperature, and constantly changing the tire pressure would also be a royal pain.
    • Input shaft bearing. They all do it. There is always rollover noise in Nissan boxes - particularly the big box. Don't worry about it unless it gets really growly.
    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
