fatz - i didnt read thorugh the rest of the pages,

but good stuff for doing something about it mate !!

I used to be 110kg and went on the sure slim diet, got down to 77 in 6 months. after a few months i evened out at 82-84

that was 3-4 years ago and im still 84kg

keep it up mate and your body will thank you for it later in life !!!

:D

lets see, teen years, always fit, left highschool, went to uni, got even fitter, stronger, bigger to, end of uni, settle down with misses, live together, both start putting on wieght,

im 6ft croat, went from 75kg's at my fitest am now like 100+ and probably no taler heh

the misses pudged up a lil, but her philo butt isnt gona go much more, think she went 10kg's but she's like a full foot shorter so it shows jst as much

hmm working full time hours doesnt help, specially when you cant do much before work as you never seem to wake up much before getting your shit together an getting to work, then finnishing work not everything is shut by the time you get home.

eh, im going to start runing very night,

you guys have inspired me to do something about it

I would have to say investing in my $250 runners was the best thing i have done!

I think i lost about 10kgs in 2-3 months but kinda got side tracked My goal was about 28

Nearly half way there.. getting back on it now..

so far so good ladies and gents

cut down on the food intake by much and had a run every day except the weekend. I gotta get a weigh now and measure myself.

was busy last nite till 11:30... got home at that time and straight out for a half hour run in the cold

luvin it

how is every1s progress coming along?

    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
    • It's been quite the ordeal but hey, at least you figured it out.
    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow
