nice! The bolts holding my spoiler blade in are rusted shut. I want to get it out so I can add the risers/aftermarket spoiler to the factory ...thing... on the trunk.

How the car sits.. about to start working on a Lost Birds Garage original front spoiler setup in CF. Probably gonna take awhile. going to keep the 'art' lip off to the side and install it for car shows and such.

i ended up having to drill out one of mine. stupid torx heads :ermm:

I had to go to bunnings and buy a torx set for it 20 bucks and got all sizes :P

Collen car looks MINT, just make sure when you make the front spoiler that you reinforce the shit out of it and make it strong :ermm:, within a day of owning my GTR I cracked my stock one.. was only going about 1km/h and still cracked.. so now I plan on bogging it up / sanding it down and maybe put a metal bar behind it.. and then carbon wrap or just paint mine a flat black colour not sure yet.

Hows the titanium exhaust sound? Oh and you should get clear indicators for the front as well to finish off the fantastic car :D and if you can manage to get your hands on some series 3 headlights.. PORN ON WHEELS.

Edit: on another note I pulled into maccas today and these 2 11-12 year old kids jaw dropped they were like omg a GTR haha good to see it wasn't just me growing up always wanting one of these cars.

haha thanks man

yeh I need to lower it more as well anyways, the black rims make it look more like a 4WD.. its hard because exhaust is already just sitting on the 10CM legal height.. need to tuck it up somehow

get it tucked its easy as,

dont worry about height once you get coils its an easy as fix, and thankfully with the stock kit you wont really have dramas even at around 80mm it will still look legal cos really whats 2cms to the eye? fk all. but the stance will improve 10 fold

those rotas have awesome concave what size/offset u get?

haha yeh i guess if i get done i can just raise it up again, just annoying thats all :P and living in knox just a matter of time before i get pulled over :)

and yea i love the concave on them, they are 18x10 +15 on all 4, with 265/35 tyres on all 4, cant wait to lower it and make it all flush

    • Pretty sure it is a common fault. I believe this is the only part you need, but don't quote me as I don't have a V36.  I also believe it is a bit of a pain to change and the device needs to be encoded to the car once it is replaced, so may need someone with the right tools. • Pads for R32 GTS-t, R32 GT-R non V-Spec (Sumitomo), R33 GTS-t and R34 GT-t are all interchangeable. R34 GT uses a 2x piston caliper, hence it didn't fit.
    • Checked with amayama and nope, the full S2 manual set is not available anymore. Unsurprising, but still disappointing as the ? on availability gave a glimmer of hope.
    • I've heard the Tomei USA head gaskets are decent if you want to o-ring the heads but otherwise not recommended.
    • The 296mm rotors are the R33 turbo brakes. The 310mm rotors are the R34 turbo brakes. The calipers are nearly the same, but not. They're the same caliper but the R34 caliper has longer legs so that it sits out far enough to go over the rotor. The pads are the same for both. When you say, "I bough tsome EBC"....did you just mean pads? Or rotors? 310mm rotors fit under 17" wheels. There may be some wheels without enough clearance though. I can't fit my fingers between the barrel of my wheel and the "corners" of my R34 calipers, but there is plenty of room behind the spokes. This is on Enkei RPF1. You can fit 324mm rotors inside a 17" wheel, but I'd be willing to bet that it would be close to impossible with the Nissan/Sumitomo caliper (using an adapter, of course), because the Sumitomo caliper is fatter than the Brembo caliper that is supposed to go on the 324mm rotors.
