Looks tough with em on, wouldnt mind seeing a side on shot. I do like the black pair ya had on the back but im just a sucker for black rims. haha.

Nice looking car man, i need a chrome grill !!!!!

Cheers mate! , they are definately better than the std r33 rims that were on it , the black ones are r33 gtr rims (my skid rims) , i have a side on pic , i'll put it up :) .

Did some more work on the old girl tonight , I fitted a rear reo , dummy fitted my rain visor thingys , fitted (kinda) a stereo , trial fitted some non-projector headlights , test fitted the fk rear bar and tidied up a few small things , i'm a bit dissapointed the non projectors are broken in spots , un-expectedly , i like them , i'll fix them up i reckon . pics

Side pic of rims.... = PORN! hahaha, look good dude. I thought the black ones on the rear where 33 gtr wheels, hard to tell with em painted black.

Are those rain visor thingys the ones off ebay?? Im gonna get some myself, i think they look the part and should suit my car... Especially when i fit up my roof spoiler!

Keep up the good work!

Cheers mate , yeah the shields are the ebay ones , not the best fit , but better then nothing! , in case you're wondering , they're not see through either (like the factory ones). Picked up a front pipe today , it's a full front/dump but i'm putting a std turbo back on it asap anyway (for rego , plans are to make it road legal asap so i can finally do what i want with it) mind you i want to use it at power cruise this year so i'm under a bit of pressure to get it up and ready pinch.gif .

fitted all the front back up to standard/old man spec , i found out i had those side clips already on the bar (the ones like nica31 put a thread up about) , i pinched a pair off the other blue one which will now go on the white one! since i didn't need them :P

And i trial fitted some side skirts i got with the std bars , i kinda like them but it needs a lower front bar , i might try add a lip to the missile front bar :) , pic: (you can't really see , i'll put better ones up later)

Yeah I've had it a while , i really should have registered it years ago! Oh well , stock rb25turbo is now fitted , i need to get a whole bunch of stuff engineered because it has to go over transport because it needs to be complianced , only issue is the coilovers , not sure they will pass

Ok up for sale she is , what do you guys think it's worth? Mod list to date :

engine : rb20det , gtr injectors , power fc , 3in full exhaust , td06 sl2 20g 8cm (kando) , cam gears , z32 afm and a few other small things , needs a tune , very healthy motor .

Rb25 Gearbox , 2 way , coil overs , gtr sway bars , rear camber arms , front castor adj rods , 5 stud , recaro seat . Uncomplianced but very close to being done . Comes with standard bars and final konnexion kit and a spare uras kit if wanted . I want to put lots on it but i doubt i'll get it . Or i could put it back to stock , sell the goodies and sell it cheaper?

    • My thought is if you were just moving it forward and the upstream geometry remained the same, then no difference at all. But because the current one has the filter direct into the AFM inlet, you effectively have the best chance of a completely symmetric air flow profile upstream, and in, the AFM, whilst the aftermarket inlet thingo has a (small, to be sure) bend between the filter and the AFM. That would bias the flow to the outside of the bend (downstream of the bend) which might well reduce the size of the signal seen by the AFM, for the same total flow rate. Having said that: If you're proposing to make your inlet look like a hybrid of your existing one and the aftermarket one, such that there is no bend where the filter is clamped on... then I say it will be just fine. If there is going to be such a bend, then, if you can align the insertion of the AFM blade such that it is at right angles to the plane of the bend, then there is a better than even chance that the centreline velocity where the blade is will remain more or less the same, and the velocity will just be a little faster to the outside of that, and just a little slower to the inside. **This is not professional investment advice and you should consult a suitably qualified ouija board, tea leaves or the intestines of a goat for more accurate prognostication.
    • Hi Tao, Thanks for your reply.  It's been a while and I managed to get the valve stem seals replaced with the head on the car.  Unfortunately this didn't solve my issue, the car still smokes a lot after idling (to be honest during idle you can see a bit of blue smoke from the exhaust), same after deceleration. I will try disconnecting the valve cover breathers, do I leave the PCV valve in? By engine oil drain pipe, do you mean the turbo oil drain?
    • What about if you just give it direct 12v and earth?
    • Hi guys . Can someone help me  I bought an Android screen for my Nissan fuga but it won't turn on
    • My guesstimate, with no real numbers to back it up, is it won't effect it greatly at all.its not a huge change in position, and I can't see the air flow changing from in turbulence that much based on distance, and what's in front of it. Johnny and Brad may have some more numbers to share from experience though.
