well, I've got a feeling that if you came up in person and wanted to have a look at our cars, you're probably going to get told to f**k off, due to being a smart mouthed wanker.

I'm certainly going to tell you, thats for sure. No separate personality for internet and real life here.

There's always got to be a d!ckhead that thinks he's cool on the internet....

i've seen their cars before and never got told to f**k off... not once. even been on cruise's with these guys

so i doubt if i "came up in person and wanted to have a look" i would be fine. and u dont own a car so i got nothing to look at

I'm assuming before you proved how much of a dickhead you are over the past couple of days? I bet they don't even know who you are...

I own 2 cars and a bike. When the GTR lands, I'll be much happier. And yes, I'll be telling you to f**k off. You seem pretty secretive about who you are, probably so people don't tell you to f**k off when you show up, when they realise that you're that "dickhead on the forum"

Edited by The Mafia

i used to own 2 cars and a bike too, wow... pretty sure next time i see them and tell them that im the "dickhead on the forum" we will all have a chuckle at how far this has gone....

and why do u think i will want to look at ur GTR when u get it ?? seen one GTR seen them all... i have like 8 mates with GTR's

Oh, and you really are one low piece of shit for paying me out about some f**k writing my car off, Which in turn landed me in hospital. how old are you? 9? Do you get punched in the face a lot?

and, I wouldn't be so sure about people laughing about your little shit stir parade. You've proven well and truly how much of a cockhead you are. To me you seem like some little dumb f**k that thinks he's cool because he owns a skyline, and can talk cool on the internet. You probably still live with your parents too.

Edited by The Mafia

hahahaha are u gonna punch me in the face pacey ?? ur crazy mate. and they know what kinda person i am already, therfore im sure have proven to them that i am how u say a "cockhead"

i actually dont think i am any more cooler for owning a skyline, dont realy like them to be honest. internet has nothing to do with when or where or how i talk cool

as for living with my parents ?? what does that have to do with anything ?? am i cooler if i have my own place ??

I wouldn't waste my time or energy on a little wanker like yourself. I know you're lying too - Because they don't even know who you are. Not many people in this thread do. Hence the PMs.

Lying to be cool hey. f**k, you must only be some dumb kid.

Got to make up for those short falls somehow though. Lying, skyline with a BOV and stickers etc. I'm very sure you are one of those people that bought one just to be cool. Good for you. Dickhead.

they dont know my user name. OBVIOUSLY..... and now u show ur inteligence by calling me names hahaha ohhh it hurts jono, please be nice to me.....

and pretty sure all skylines come with a BOV standard so i dont know how this is making me anymore cooler then u when u had a skyline... oh and when ur GTR gets here u will be cool x2 f**k YEAH

yeah man.

You cracked earlier about me mentioning you living with your parents?

Well, you were paying me out for not having a car... Yet you still live at home, can't spell, own a skyline and don't know very much about them. So instead you come to a forum, lie, talk absolute shit, and prove that you're a cockhead.

To sum it up, so far you identified yourself as:

- A liar

- A hopeless flamin mongrel still at home

- Needs to pay people out for being in car accidents

- Think your cool because you have a skyline and mine is dead

- Bragged about having two cars and a bike, but still live at home.. Wow, you're smart, you know how to get a bank loan

- That you cannot spell

- You're cool on the internet

- Like Atmo BOVs and stickers

Keep it up, you've managed to amuse me for most of the day. Cisco IOS code can be boring sometimes without a distraction.

i dont even know if i should write a response to that...

how am i any of these things ??

a liar haha

when did i pay u out about being in a car accident ??

i dont think im cool for owning a skyline

a bank loan of 5g 6yrs ago wow guess i am smart for living at home saving for a deposit on a house

cant spell... no one cares, u can obviously read it fine

yes i am cool on the internet, most ppl are

where did i say i like atmo bov's and stickers ??

and if these "mates" have pm'd u telling u not to worry about me why continue to post ??

I continue to post because its killing time and I love seeing how much of a wanker you are provong yourself to be. Keep kidding yourself. Will catch up with you one day.

When did you pay me out? Comments like me "having no car" you just wrote for fun? You don't even read what you write. it seriously makes you look like the most immature dickhead.

Now you're back pedaling because you've been called out so many times.

Just another wanker that bought a skyline to be cool and knows nothing about them...

Edited by The Mafia

having no car ??? nothing about an accident ?? did i read it wrong....

i know a fair bit about skylines actually and how many times do i have to say i didnt buy it to be cool ?? ur do u keep skipping that part ?

I'm just going to keep telling you because you've gone out of your way to spam up my thread trying to be cool, and cannot give one bit of input to the educated discussion.

Said it before and I'll say it again....

"Just another wanker that bought a skyline to be cool and knows nothing about them... "

Dont know very much about skylines?

LOL.

They are the same f**ken shit as any other car. Same shit, different smell.

If you can work on a silvia, you can work on a skyline without much issue.

Edited by Force Fed

well ur just another wanker too then jono.....

spam or not it is keep this thread alive and everyone needs a good laugh

not really. You've contradicted yourself once again. You were paying me out for not having a car remember?

On the other hand, I could say that the guys that have actually talked about things worth reading, definitely know what they are on about. You on the other hand, have no idea, so you just post spam, shit stir, and ruin a perfectly good discussion. Remember what I said - You're just another wanker that bought a skyline to be cool, and knows nothing about them. And in this case, nothing to add to the discussion.

Its ok buddy. Its the internet. You're cool remember?

and pretty sure there is walk throughs on how to build any motor on the net....

not rocket science at all. yes some stuff is technical but if u have half a brain which u obviously do if u can use a computer u should be able to get it done

DO WORK

ok so a gtr has an rb26...

im a skyline guru there ya go jono a usefull post...

someone reading this now knows that a gtr has an rb26 in it

and when u get ur GTR u will be back to being "another wanker that bought a skyline to be cool, and knows nothing about them" as u put it

Actually, wrong again dickhead. I'll be someone that adds constructive input to threads, and bought the car to RACE it around any race track close enough to tear apart.

You'll still be a "another wanker that bought a skyline to be cool, and knows nothing about them" though. So its all good.

    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
    • See if you can thermal epoxy a heatsink or two onto it?
    • The other problem was one of those "oh shit we are going to die moments". Basically the high spec Q50s have a full electric steering rack, and the povo ones had a regular hydraulic rack with an electric pump.  So couple of laps into session 5 as I came into turn 2 (big run off now, happily), the dash turned into a christmas tree and the steering became super heavy and I went well off. I assumed it was a tyre failure so limped to the pits, but everything was OK. But....the master warning light was still on so I checked the DTCs and saw – C13E6 “Heat Protection”. Yes, that bloody steering rack computer sitting where the oil cooler should be has its own sensors and error logic, and decided I was using the steering wheel too much. I really appreciated the helpful information in the manual (my bold) POSSIBLE CAUSE • Continuing the overloading steering (Sports driving in the circuit etc,) “DATA MONITOR” >> “C/M TEMPERATURE”. The rise of steering force motor internal temperature caused the protection function to operate. This is not a system malfunction. INSPECTION END So, basically the electric motor in the steering rack got to 150c, and it decided to shut down without warning for my safety. Didn't feel safe. Short term I'll see if I can duct some air to that motor (the engine bay is sealed pretty tight). Long term, depending on how often this happens, I'll look into swapping the povo spec electric/hydraulic rack in. While the rack should be fine the power supply to the pump will be a pain and might be best to deal with it when I add a PDM.
    • And finally, 2 problems I really need to sort.  Firstly as Matt said the auto trans is not happy as it gets hot - I couldn't log the temps but the gauge showed 90o. On the first day I took it out back in Feb, because the coolant was getting hot I never got to any auto trans issues; but on this day by late session 3 and then really clearly in 4 and 5 as it got hotter it just would not shift up. You can hear the issue really clearly at 12:55 and 16:20 on the vid. So the good news is, literally this week Ecutek finally released tuning for the jatco 7 speed. I'll have a chat to Racebox and see what they can do electrically to keep it cooler and to get the gears, if anything. That will likely take some R&D and can only really happen on track as it never gets even warm with road use. I've also picked up some eye wateringly expensive Redline D6 ATF to try, it had the highest viscosity I could find at 100o so we will see if that helps (just waiting for some oil pan gaskets so I can change it properly). If neither of those work I need to remove the coolant/trans interwarmer and the radiator cooler and go to an external cooler....somewhere.....(goodbye washer reservoir?), and if that fails give up on this mad idea and wait for Nissan to release the manual 400R
    • So, what else.... Power. I don't know what it is making because I haven't done a post tune dyno run yet; I will when I get a chance. It was 240rwkw dead stock. Conclusion from the day....it does not need a single kw more until I sort some other stuff. It comes on so hard that I could hear the twin N1 turbos on the R32 crying, and I just can't use what it has around a tight track with the current setup. Brakes. They are perfect. Hit them hard all day and they never felt like having an issue; you can see in the video we were making ground on much lighter cars on better tyres under brakes. They are standard (red sport) calipers, standard size discs in DBA5000 2 piece, Winmax pads and Motul RBF600 fluid, all from Matty at Racebrakes Sydney. Keeping in mind the car is more powerful than my R32 and weighs 1780, he clearly knows his shit. Suspension. This is one of the first areas I need to change. It has electronically controlled dampers from factory, but everything is just way too soft for track work even on the hardest setting (it is nice when hustling on country roads though). In particular it rolls into oversteer mid corner and pitches too much under hard braking so it becomes unstable eg in the turn 1 kink I need to brake early, turn through the kink then brake again so I don't pirouette like an AE86. I need to get some decent shocks with matched springs and sway bars ASAP, even if it is just a v1 setup until I work out a proper race/rally setup later. Tyres. I am running Yoko A052 in 235/45/18 all round, because that was what I could get in approximately the right height on wheels I had in the shed (Rays/Nismo 18x8 off the old Leaf actually!). As track tyres they are pretty poor; I note GTSBoy recently posted a porker comparo video including them where they were about the same as AD09.....that is nothing like a top line track tyre. I'll start getting that sorted but realistically I should get proper sized wheels first (likely 9.5 +38 front and 11 +55 at the rear, so a custom order, and I can't rotate them like the R32), then work out what the best tyre option is. BTW on that, Targa Tas had gone to road tyres instead of semi slicks now so that is a whole other world of choices to sort. Diff. This is the other thing that urgently needs to be addressed. It left massive 1s out of the fish hook all day, even when I was trying not too (you can also hear it reving on the video, and see the RPM rising too fast compared to speed in the data). It has an open diff that Infiniti optimistically called a B-LSD for "Brake Limited Slip Diff". It does good straight line standing start 11s but it is woeful on the track. Nismo seem to make a 2 way for it.
