Is the inlet cam gear *exactly* the same as the exhaust cam gear?

If it is, does anyone want to buy a gear?

I've put my name down for a pair of gears, but after doing more researching and buying a powerfc which will control timing on the inlet side, i think i only need to adjust the exhaust side to get some extra K W 's. Is this right???

So are the exhaust and inlet gears exactly the SAME or DIFFERENT?... Can any one pls confirm?...

I have sent you a PM..

BUT, if anyone else is interested.. I'll have a spare set up for sale when these gears arrive because I have decided to keep one engine for spare parts :P

You'll have a choice of Red or Blue as I ordered 2 sets of each..

Let me know if anyone is interested..

I'm pretty sure they're EXACTLY the SAME!

I don't see why there would be a difference..

Blue cam gears still in customs, lazy bastards but hope to have by end of the week for despatch.

      HG's high flow is not "bolt on". The core is shorter, moves the comp cover rearwards in the engine bay. means you have to deal with the inlet plumbing a little bit. This is probably something to consider with every "bolt on" turbo anyway.

      HyperGear. Just get a high flow of the stocker. Good, reliable, and should bolt on. Yes it will want things like a retune once done, so you need to factor this in to your spend too.

I do not want "big" power just better reliability than the stock turbo which is "fot now" good but is old and i do not think it has "easy" life. One the Skyline here running some "temu" china Turbo but i dont trust those... Thanks!
