Supra Vs. R32 Gtr

Me and my mate(he owns a 94 supra) have been arguing over which is quicker, the Supra or the R32 GTR.

I told him the best R32 GTR would kill the best Supra any day becuase it is lighter and the fact that the Skyline is the most tunable car ever. So he shows me some you tube video of some 8 second Supra.

What do you guys think..which is quicker quarter mile? If you have some proof it would be good as he never takes my word for it.

dude what do you want the cars for?

GTR is AWD and is more race-bred then the supra. Supra is probably more comfortable and will pull more car sl**s.

but the HKS Supra runs aprrox 6.9secs (1UZ twin turbo 4.2L Stroker)

Well i think you'll find the gtr is quicker over the qtr mile as it ran a 7.92, the supra ran an 8.

I too wonder what the quickest rb powered car is, im pretty sure there is a full tube (or could just be tubbed) 350z in the states using a rb26 doing low 7's or high 6's,there was a article about it in one of the old SPEED magazines i 'think', correct me if im wrong about those times please lol
