Hi Guys,

I have for sale a genuine ARC intercooler for R32 GTST. It's the side mount intercooler, model number MO75HR32G03 and cost new 98,000 yen + postage or around $1200 delivered. It's used and in fair condition. It could use a good clean up but it's in fine, functioning order. It's 70mm thick. These mount down in your factory intercooler duct so there are no extra piping needed, and no problems with the law. They flow enough and cool enough for around 200rwkw but people have been known to make more. These are a great stealth upgrade and replacing the factory intercooler is a must when increasing the boost on a GTST. I'm asking $350 for it. These don't come up very often and I've had this one for about 8 months, but never fitted it as I was still running stock boost. Now that I've sold my GTST I don't need it anymore. Postage is ~$15 or pick-up in sydney northside. I don't have any pics handy, but it's nothing flash to look at, just an intercooler with an ARC tag on the top and HCR32 written on it next to a serial number.

Thanks mate. Yeah ARC are the best in the business. had a few people sniffing around but not firm takers yet. save yourself the hassle of a FMIC, and the weight, and the piping. This gives awesome performance, is a piece of cake to fit and cheap too! can't go wrong.

I can't believe no one wants this. I'll drop the price down to $320.

will this make any benefit to my stock as a rock rb20det (apart from pod filter) as i am in a huge dilema to either get a front mount and up the boost or go for something as ur offering. so much debates on these forums re intercoolers re brands power gains yes or no etc im going nuts.

waht mods did u have on ur rb20det if u wouldnt mind making 200 rwkw cause i want that figure no more prob a bit less. and if this intercooler can handle 200rwkw then im interested.

thanks

yeah it's fine for 200rwkw. that's about as much as I'd go with a side mount though. but it could probably handle a bit more without being a restriction.

my GTST was pretty stock. it's defintately of benefit if you want to wind up the boost a bit, or run a highflow, or R33 or R34 turbo etc.

I Had an ARC side mount cooler on my R33.. and i was running 14psi with no problem. tuned i was making 210kw@ wheels with only a Pod and cat back exhaust.

I sold it and upgreated to a front mound and bigger turbo... I sold My ARC for $500 on ebay.

Thats a Barging at that price, real cheap!

People with R32… U’d be stupid to miss out on something as good as this!

i made 210 rwkw on 10psi hi flowed turbo in my r33 with my arc sidemount. I have a front mount byt im keeping mine sitting in my shed and im planning on holding onto it for now. They are a great intercooler. If you are only after a 200rwkw car and want to keep unreal response this is the key.

yeah thanks for the input guys. $500 is on the money. I know I wont be selling mine cheaper than my current asking price. They cost well over $1000 new and perform so well for what they are. plus they keep potential defects away as to the untrained eye they look completely standard and sit in the standard location.

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
