Haha - that car has done the rounds of Aussie AM dealers.

Was ordered by an Asian student in Perth and the deal fell through. Strangely - no one else wants it :D

I want it!!!! But i don't have an accountant clever enough to write it off as a tradesman's ute

It certianly would bring Team Yellow up a notch or 2!!!

CLassy yellow roof, what the deal there? and it looks like its got a lift kit... I know its probably the nose raise thing but it looks stupid like that. F40 doesnt need that crap, its a mans ferrari.

Lolz :(

Was richard driving????

Nah - I was :)

Cop said he mainly wanted to check out the car... but gave me a ticket anyway.

Mike took the Hummer on Friday, and we both came back Sunday in the Audi and Cayman.

Mmmm - truckstop hamburgers...

Ryan - yellow roof is the Linfox theme. Is Lindsay's car.

Eek... i hope you're joking!

I'm surprised that Ferrari would even supply the car like that! I suppose you could get smiley faces painted onto the car if you gave them enough money! lol

im pretty sure i saw a white audi r8 on the monash just b4

it was heading inbound and i was going out but gawd damn. i nearly crashed trying to get a good look at it. there were also a fair few other audis. bout 5 or 6. they looked kinda high end what with being very shiny and new like. all had their led lights on in the front

Tubs - Was an Aston Martin, not a Maserati - and it was me in the Lambo :(

The first batch of Audi R8s have landed - delivery to customers in the next few weeks.

I get a black one - ace :whoops:

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
    • @GTSBoy yeah sorry i know thery are known for colors bud those DBA are too in colors 🙂 Green will be good enough for me
    • That's my life. Past-Duncan has a lot to answer for
    • Yep four point harness. Mounted to a bolted in brace running behind the seats. Dont use it for daily driving tbh but good to have for when its needed plus it looks cool.
