Okay so not sure if the 300m rower question was serious or not because I happened to check last night at the gym, and I did 300m easily in under a minute.

Yer there is a few, there is one where i am that is an indoor one that has a water barrel thing. The WR is 14.58 for 5000m

I'm not on any protein Supp yet, I'm looking to gain lean muscle,

gaining lean muscle and not much fat is just about impossible for the normal everyday person. Sure there are some special people with great genetics but for 99% of the population who work normal 9-5 jobs its not going to happen.

now that that's out of the way, if you want to gain lean muscle and not much fat. Give up all junk food, soft drinks and any other vices that you have. Eat shit loads of protein with every meal and no carbs after 7.

for a protein shake that has very little carb try Ultimate Nutrition Pro Star 100% Whey. Mix with cold water and it goes down alright.

Also anyone tried Muscle Meals Direct? Have read good things.

Yer I know about that, mainly all of it is diet.

Looking at the negative comments I guessing I put it the wrong way, I'm not aiming to get minimal body fat and skin wrapped. Im just looking to turn the fat I have into muscle and some definition.

each post seems less smart than the last.

You can't "turn" fat in to muscle, just like I can't "turn" my skyline in to a Porsche.

They are 2 different things.

Definition is also almost as retarded word as tone.

If you want your muscles to stand out more, you have to lose fat.

If you lose fat, it's very hard to keep muscles.

if you have very little muscles, then losing weight will make you look like you are soon to hit puberty

tips:

diet better and smarter

train harder

I eat majority of my carbs after 7. After training. I gain lean muscle and it's not because of 'genetics'

Chew your macros.

    • Oh this is my 1998 E39 5 series. It's worth more to me than financial value. It's a project car for me to love and work on without fear of f**king up something that has lots of value or that I need to keep running.
    • I'm super realistic here. I love the car and want to keep it but I know it's days of perfect condition are well and truly over. I just want a fix that won't come back.
    • All good, I'll tag myself in lol.  What car are we looking at here? What is its value/sentimental value? What type of repair do you want to do, 100% perfect back to stock or are you happy just to have the rust gone? My initial thoughts are not very positive but I'll wait to see what your goals and thoughts are first before I start raining on anyone's parade.
    • Hot tip, stop picking at shit. Live in bliss instead   From my recent experience in rust repairs, white it may seem to not go much further back, you'll still need to cut back a bit further.  From what I can see there, the outer skin, and the inner is rusted too. From what I can see you've got the inner one which is all structural, and window likely affixes too.   If tag Murray Calavera here, but my phone won't let me tag him, he'd probably be able to give the best advise.   I do know, welding roof panels is a right pain in the bollocks! Very heavy to heat distort the roof and warp it all.
    • Some of the filler.   Also if I look under the top flap of metal it starts looking good quite close to the edge. I get the feeling it doesn't go much further.
