I remember him saying in an interview that he never ate anything sweet or sugary; one of the reasons he had such a low bf. f**k that for a joke. Is it possible for that to cause low blood sugar? There are sugars in not necessarily sweet foods, but if you're keto dieting, you're probably checking the packs of foods to make sure no carbs.

Don't forget that if your body were desperate enough, it would convert proteins to glucose.

Hah, I'ma call desperate guys "ketos" from now on. Converting fat chicks into doable :D

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. Let us both coin this term, sir! (you get the credit, of course. I'll just push it here in Canberra LOL)

Keto diets are much better done cycling it with 1-2 days of high carbs for glycogen super compensation and then resuming back into ketosis

Yeah, that was termed 'cyclic ketogenic diet' I believe. All made sense.

Hey guys, I've just thrown up a bunch of very short vids in my thread

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/421637-project-squat-dodgerno-more-curling-like-a-broget-ankle-better/page-2

Looking for form pointers, please read the posts first as a few things are explained - why light weight - why bar choice etc.

So as not to clog this thread with my crap feel free to reply in that thread.

Gone past the point about caring what I look like/If I don't look strong, just want to get things right.

Cheers

How does this look price wise?

Free delivery has chin up and dip bits.

Just wondering if it'll be too wide for my bar bell, might need a new/longer one.

I'll see what comes up locally first, we should be approaching the time when all the new years resolutions cop out and well of gym gear :)

I've got some cash put aside for a track day coming up and I'd really love to make one more before the baby gets here.

Crazy hey talking about cars on LiftingAustralia forums hey :D

Ahh well, cheap track car is better than no track car.

And you make do with what you got, better than walking around at 100kg with 30% bf and having fat-ceps and cellulite all over the place.

Things could be much worse.

Did you get chopped by a CA once or own one that let go or something? There's a lot of hate inside you.

Sidebar: What's the deal with glove haters anyway? Is it a grip strength thing or is it a manly man thing I'm macho and don't need them pissing contest? If there's a legitimate reason not to use them I'm interested, but if it's just an ego thing I couldn't care less.

I might interject here and point out that "choccie" cake with "he broke up with me" condiments before bed screams CA. I just hope you weren't watching that day's recorded eps of The View or Ellen when this happened.

    • Mixing things up - installed some leather recaros to match the leather seat covered rear seats. Interior looks pretty schmick now except for some slight wear on the steering wheel which I will monitor and address if it becomes worse or actually noticeable!

    • I'm normally copping my own abuse from neglecting my daily drivers. "Those suspension bushes will last a bit more", "Don't worry about the oil leak, just keep topping it up". The project cars I'm always doing things slowly on them as I'm wanting them to be done better, and neater, and nicer. Luckily I don't have to deal with 18 year old Matt's "Learning to wire" stuff in the project cars. And there's only one piece of wiring I'm displeased about in the Landcruiser, and it's about to be cut out... However, the box loads of parts that have been going through this place lately for the Landcruiser... Brake pads Brake Rotors Full handbrake overhaul Wheel Bearings Seals Swivel hubs Steering Boxes Half the suspension joints Shocks Air bags (Ones to go in the rear springs for towing) Water pump Timing kit Lower timing case Harmonic Balancer Radiator Lots of other little seals and shits Gas struts for the bonnet New power window switches And god knows what else I've forgotten... Ha ha ha I have my fingers crossed the pinion seals don't start leaking on the diffs, that the transfer case doesn't leak, and the gearbox input shaft doesn't leak, nor the rear main seal. As they're about the only seals I haven't replaced in the driveline! I'm seriously eyeing off buying new caliper rebuild kits front and rear brake calipers... I'll probably recheck all the valve clearances soon too, and hopefully, it should be all good and sweet to haul some long distance trips again!
    • Every time I pull my 3x gauges out of the console and see the crack-addict way that I did the wiring, and I just can't bring myself to tear it all apart and "make it nice", because it is currently working. In fact, the last time I was in there I probably made it worse.
