Mangune
Okay so not sure if the 300m rower question was serious or not because I happened to check last night at the gym, and I did 300m easily in under a minute. Yer there is a few, there is one where i am that is an indoor one that has a water barrel thing. The WR is 14.58 for 5000m Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/212/#findComment-6578448 Share on other sites

TM7GTR
I convinced some blonde broad that she could do her washing while she works out... her bf went along with it and we could only keep it up for so long before laughing. She nearly bought one off me too. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/212/#findComment-6578725 Share on other sites

-FIGJAM-
I'm not on any protein Supp yet, I'm looking to gain lean muscle, gaining lean muscle and not much fat is just about impossible for the normal everyday person. Sure there are some special people with great genetics but for 99% of the population who work normal 9-5 jobs its not going to happen. now that that's out of the way, if you want to gain lean muscle and not much fat. Give up all junk food, soft drinks and any other vices that you have. Eat shit loads of protein with every meal and no carbs after 7. for a protein shake that has very little carb try Ultimate Nutrition Pro Star 100% Whey. Mix with cold water and it goes down alright. Also anyone tried Muscle Meals Direct? Have read good things. Mangune
Yer I know about that, mainly all of it is diet. Looking at the negative comments I guessing I put it the wrong way, I'm not aiming to get minimal body fat and skin wrapped. Im just looking to turn the fat I have into muscle and some definition. TTT
each post seems less smart than the last. You can't "turn" fat in to muscle, just like I can't "turn" my skyline in to a Porsche. They are 2 different things. Definition is also almost as retarded word as tone. If you want your muscles to stand out more, you have to lose fat. If you lose fat, it's very hard to keep muscles. if you have very little muscles, then losing weight will make you look like you are soon to hit puberty Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/212/#findComment-6579552 Share on other sites
