what the wideband think of it?

and talk about quite cheaper than United/Fueltown

Flat 12 afr same as Southland. For some reason it feels like it has more poke if thats possible. Give it a try...

If you go to the Springvale road Caltex, pump 7 takes forever, use pump 8.

Sounds too small to me, If you are maxing your injectors now it would be a good idea to get at least 50% larger. You will require 20 - 30% more flow straight away.

I run 14mm 610cc Deka's with no problem on a VQ25det but on a 3L you may want more fuel than that. 044 should be fine.

Bang on mate.

My 570cc Siemens are maxing at 337 rwkw in the RB25/30 + GT3076R 20psi - single 044

Right now, I'm in no rush to fill up Ethanol but I'm keen to get the car ready on the next service.

Should I go 750cc or 870cc ? Same price too.

Would you expect with the 870's I might get rough idle/ bad economy.

What about driveability on a daily basis... The car right now is very smooth and linear.

Putting aside E85, would you expect the 3076 hasn't got much left and the 750's may be more suitable ?

Tuning is no issue with the Haltech S2000.

Sorry to drop so much at once.

Cheers.

S2000, just what my tuner recommended for mine once i'm bored with the Emanage Ultimate. :P

Personally I would go the 870's or larger if you plan to run E85 in the future. You're already doing pretty well with the 3076, is that with the .82 rear?

Yes, and stock manifold.

Also put the large can actuator on it. Holds 20psi flat line easy.

My mech says theres still more in it, maybe another 4 or so.

cheers.

Just got back from the caltex in preston and they have no idea of what E85 is also!! Does anyone know when its supposed to come in all those 10 pumps that they have said it should be coming soon in...

Definetly switching to E85 if it comes there soon, 5 mins from home!! :(

Just got back from Caltex, its definitely e85 and costs only 92.7c per litre.

Just to put a spanner in it, now on my third tank and it has richened considerably. Getting down to 10.5:1 now so looks like it is e70. One benefit is I got an extra 50k's to the last tank.

Im booked in for another touch up on a different dyno, I will have to make an e70 map now.

The price is fluctuating a bit, I asked the Caltex attendant and they said they are selling it at 20c under unleaded. I asked why as it has bugger all crude in it... Surely it shouldnt change price as drastically as 91. Perhaps we have had it too good at Southland.

I have tried most of the east side servo's Caltex listed, only Springvale and Clayton have it so far, the rest will be installed before the end of the year.

LOL at the "Run ID" Couldn't get it to ping????

Nice results, i can't wait for my caltex to bring the felx fuel out!

I spote to the tool at the counter yesterday at the servo and he knew f**k all about it and said it won't be in till next year :D

This is one of the 2 catlex's in canberra claiming to have it by the end of oct

Latest tune, Caltex e70 FTW!

Stage 1 Sierra ATP highflow on a VQ25det. :geek:

So how come they changed from 85 to 70 just randomly I thought it was going to be switched at like hotter and colder months. What are you going to do now when it goes to 85 if your on the 70 tune?

    • Thank you, 100% the intent. New coils were due and the 17" sixers look/feel loads better than the stock wheels. The aero options are so spot on.   Thanks for the warm welcome, all!
    • 98 r34 gtt Been rocking my latest setup and car running like never before. Have put a good 200 miles on it since all the latest changes and additions. everything is dialed in and have been driving it a bunch.   However, all a sudden last weekend as soon as I pushed throttle passed 4k and the engine stumbles, (slow or fast acceleration) hesitates and doesn’t go above 4100 or so, like a misfire. Everything else seems fine. I had a “good” set of coil packs that I removed from car when I first got it when I changed them over to new coils. I swapped out current ones for those, but no change. I also changed the plugs, no change. Seems to rev over 4 when out of gear with no load just fine no “misfire”, but as soon as its in gear with a load of any kind, it “misfires” as soon as rpm drop back below 4 k it runs perfectly, smooth, starts, restarts and drives fine as long as I keep it below 4 k while in gear. All readings look fine, no CEL   Any idea as to what could all a sudden cause an issue when pushing rpms passed 4 k?
    • When you say your cams are 272/262 is that 272in and 262ex?
    • We're arguing semantics. I am saying 45 accel and a 55 deccel ramp are "2 ways". Even a 45 degree ramp and an 89 degree ramp is "2 ways", because it is literally... two ways. The cusco 55/30 ramp is a 2 way. It's two ways. I get it though - in normal nomenclature a "2 way" would be 45/45 or 55/55 or 60/60 i.e the same locking in both directions. And something like 45/65 would be considered "1.5 way". I would then say if we're getting into the nitty gritty then every locking diff is a "2 way" diff and we should not speak in 1.5, or 2 ways but ramp angles instead. Which ofc if one of those ramp angles is 90deg, that side is not doing any locking. :p So Nismo don't obviously sell 3 things. The fact of the matter that they only sell two items really goes to show that there's a 2 way and a "1,5 way" which is really a 1 way. I believe the actual lockup for the 'adjustability' of the GT pro is really just setting preload for when the ramps actually start locking up. It's not changing how much 'wayness' there is. It is (somehow) horribly explained. People just buy whatever diff and go "locks up good bruh" and that's what ends up on socials forever.
