baaaaaaaaahahahahaha, i laugh so much because i know how you feel had that happen when getting my licences. i thought i was going to suck at the AMG challenge but i actually did quite well. generally silver first attempt (didn't bother trying again). the very first one i did i was just planning on passing it and not caring what i got. do the first run, get to the fast left hander over the crest before the right hand hairpin and finish line (the first section of the track) and i had a massive off, into the wall, across the road into the sand. get back on the road, about 50m from the finish, look at the time, has just ticked over the time for silver. so i had to do that one again knowing that i could easily get silver.

B-spec Lev.25 baby!

Easy street now- Much less button pressing required

Time to set Bob on getting me my X1 f**ken

easy street you say? i dont think so.. why would there be any less button pressing? and dont tell me your going to be a douche and put a le mans car or something into an endurance race full of stock jap street cars, wheres the fun in that?

the first endurance race only gets ur xp about halfway thru level 25 meaning you either do it again, or re-do the other races over and over and over..

There's not really to much fun in b-spec anyway. The drivers I have suck

I get so frustrated when my driver won't get up the inside into a corner, or struggle to overtake on the straights. I think the b-spec mode was way better in gt4 where you could just set the speed you wanted them to go but I guess there trying to make it a bit more technical in gt5

I tried B-spec the other day... first race and I put the prick in my mod'd R31... big mistake.

every fkn corner exiting crazy power oversteer but i'll give him a little credit... he didn't ever actually lose it, just came dead last :)

lol yeah, i've said it before and i'll say it again, the low-level b spec drivers are mentally retarded.

when we a-spec, we usually late brake into corners taking the inside and forcing the opponent out wide. the b-spec drivers do start making more heroic moves like this and pull way better times at higher levels, my best driver is level 24 atm and he's pretty awesome, although i can still get better times myself.

that's EXACTLY what I'm gunna do mahfugga. or should I say -am- doing; Bob and my Minolta should be just about finished taking the big stick to the competition for the 3rd time on the Grand Valley enduro

and you'll no doubt be pleased to hear I plan on using the most over-qualified car possible for every endurance race between now and nabbing that X1 :D

that's how I roll. oh yeah

my B-spec drivers are still retarded. they are only at around level 8. i had one in my lp560, in the french only race on the madrid track i think (one of the city tracks). by the first corner he was up to 3rd by the first corner. had some alfa and a (i think) lancia or something like that in front of him. was still in 3rd after the second lap. as you said, no taking the inside line, etc. on the straights half the time he was just ramming the rear of the car in front rather than pulling out to go round them. then if he did pull out he would only just have the nose of the car up to about the rear wheel then even though he would be on the inside line for the corner he'd brake early, then floor it quickly then brake again. then he ended up spinning out. he managed to get into the lead eventually, but the front bumper was barely still attached.

for the sports truck one at daytona i had an ford SVT and i had to fully modify it for the moron to be able to win. he was just too slow on the corners that was was last by the end of the first corner even with it semi modified.

can't remember if it has been posted in here or not (and too lazy to go looking), but this video shows how dumb the B spec drivers are. the b-spec driver has spun out and can't get going again

    • Agreed, and in particular the earth strap that should go from the subframe to the chassis but it often broken or left off. There is a section in the R32 workshop manual you can follow for troubleshooting if you don't see anything suspicious, and depending where you are (there is no location on your user profile) you should be able to get your hands on a second hand replacement unit still if needed
    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
    • Probably. I take it that they are also mentioned to be for R34 Skyline? For example.... RDA has that part as RDA7957. I have the dimpled and slotted version of that on my car https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285518478694?srsltid=AfmBOopKxMuAFpsxZJdB1cam4D5RAj1f9yJyOttPZLAwXVNCOiwlhrIy This is DBA's top one piece equivalent https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364246686631?srsltid=AfmBOorbb0XHQgqTvZLgQPhg70nqJtGvdojKnugum3O2LFSr2h-obp8D
