Ok, My GF's car broke down and she needed one to get to work, so I lent her the Stag. . . .

I get it back . .

Cleaned, polished, leather seats treated with leather cleaner, all the inside cleaned. . . . . including all glass

How cool is she. . .

The only thing that would of made it better is if she hi-flowed my turbo. .

Yeah, me too!

My wife took mine, and I got it back with lightened wheels.... By that, I mean she managed to taake a good few mm off ALL 4 of my R34 GTR rims... Subsequently, she is banned from the stag: even if I'm bleeding to death, and it's the only car available, she either has to let me die, or piggyback me to the hospital: new rule!

*edit* Notice that my profile pic shows the only unscratched portion of wheel on my entire car!

i lent mine to my women one time.

got it back with a over excited women just was nearly having the big O driving it.

so i dont need to buy flowers or chocolates anymore, just give her the keys for a few minutes and wait for the oven to preheat.

but she wont be driving the GTR muhahaha

Well, mine reversed into a concrete water tank. Guess what won the argument? Lucky I had a spare rear bar that covered the excess.

i wish we had a quarter mile in adelaide :)

You do it's called Port Road. . .

Yes she is a very cool GF, she loves the Stag, but sadly she only likes mustangs herself. . .65 C Shape ones. .

my wife picked me up from hospital in my car a few months back, she loved it, but scraped one of the back wheels on a gutter because she was used to driving a short corolla :)

wanna swap paramour??

I am with almost everyone else, expecting an accident of something.

My wife drives my car from time to time... but not too often, she may be short but she loves boooooosssstttttttt!

Tell me about it: whenever she borrowed the stag, you'd hear her drive off all sedately.... Then when she thought she was out of audible range, you'd hear her downshift, and nail it: little hoon! Deep down, I'm proud of her, but it's a lot of car for a little woman who's used to atmo 4clyinder vehicles... Scary...

My little woman drives my stag, and she hasn't hurt it from several months now :(

One time she decided to introduce the rim and the side skirt to a high gutter in a car park. :mrt:

But she's made up for it recently by paying the last bit of cash for my race bike :)

I completely understand. :mrt:

My sister and mum both drive my stag, they don't hide their hoonish behaviour. When I get back in the car my fuel meter rises by about 1cm sometimes just because they were wasting so much of my precious liquid gold.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts
    • Bunnings would have just handed you your money back on that one!
    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
