spotted 2GU UP last night in the cross i was the guy that yelled out sau.

lol i was waiting for a post in here to see who it was that was yelling out to me

i love the cross be it in the clubs or in the car

Spotted a shmick lookin r32 in BP servo at Mortdale. Plates i think were mr 32.

Today had a clean looking s2 r33 behind me on Boundary Rd and quickly taking over me on Forest Rd. The little laser just couldn't handle the pressure! :dry:

Plates were AMY then i think 033? But was half asleep so probably wrong.

Spotted a nice R32 GTR (blue) with N1 lights and 3 piece rims in connels point today around lunchtime, plates were SNB or something like that

Spotted a few today. 5:20pm on monavale rd near St Ives, waiting at the lights,a white R33 with GTR wing and white starcorp impuls(primordial?) 5:40pm a black R33 with GTR wing on the Pac Hwy at Mt Colah, waved and he waved back :sick: and then 5:45pm in Berowra a gunmetal R32(GTR?) who also waved back :)

saw a wankster R33 midnight purple on george street today making the loudest f**king noise up to 6-9k rpm for 5 seconds and didn't even reach 60km/hr

also saw a black R33 with loud exhaust on sussex street in chinatown around 7pm

Thats me- but the 32 isnt norman.

Ive seen that MR R32 around Peaky

Keep seeing some crazy looking lines up in Plankhurst St, Carlton and around the immediate area.

I'll make sure i get plates when I go up there to pick up my car after Canada. It's two 34s one black and one white and a very shmick 33 which is a nice orange.

spotted a white, R32 GTR V-Spec II on windsor rd today turning into norwest. plates were MADGTR. I was in the black s13. NICE RIDE!!! SO JEALOUS!!!!

thats ozgtr on here. hes a keen sau member. i spotted him at uas on saturday >_<

    • Wife wanted basket things in the wardrobe in our temporary house. Thought about ripping our the wardrobe and fitting the entire IKEA set, but it's a temporary house and we want to move in a few years. So IKEA advertises this as a 50cm unit, however the actually basket and rails measure 46cm wide. Only issue was depth, IKEA stuff is quite deep, where as the builder special junk is super shallow at less than 40cm. Send it, chopped the rails, then offset the mounting holes, job done, happy wife, less shit scattered all over the bedroom. Did the same to the other side too. Also drove the Skyline shit box today, dropped off oil at Supercheap Auto. I didn't realise they only now take max 2x bottles per visit. I visited 2x Supercheap Autos.  
    • I've seen similar actually in my situation. You never know what tables are attempted to be used when the car thinks it's -99C or +200C. The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
