Under car mounting for....

i have a r33 series 1, and im verry interested in buying neons for it.

i have had a look under the car and it seems that it would be verry difficult to mount them so that the globes wont be seen.

Im just wanting to know if anyone here has dont it and if so would it be possible for me to come over and look at them?

ANY OTHER TIPS, HINTS OR SUGESTIONS WELCOME

MELV sells real neons on this forum and says to cable tie them to the chassis rail, I have ordered a blue set and will know what to do soon, also helps to have a body kit to lower the edges of the car.

um as for mounting stuff under you car, if the R33 is anything like an R32, then you should have 2 grooves where you're jack can go into, you should be able to mount a neon in there, however when you try to jack your car up you might run into trouble.

Bodykits do help.

But yeah, I do have to add... neons under a skyline.. yuck... why?

Definately, the kit is on show all the time whereas the neon is cop bait and you can't have it on 99% of the time.

Just thought I'd let you know, under body kits are no longer a instant defect.

As long as they don't flash, and aren't red, doesn't matter.
