I've got 18" shadow chrome rims on my line, though wouldnt mind 19's.

Rach - I was in a rush to get home, as i was just going past to drop a mate home. I had to get up at 1am to start work at 2am:( And i think it was like 930ish already. Your line looked very nice parked there.

Don't get me wrong, I have 18" and I want 19's soon. Just not wogish bling rims. They shouldn't be on Skylines nor should big wheels like 20" unless they're like a show car or something, but thats just my opinion :D.

*gets ready to run from all the chome fans*

Nath knows the score leave your chomies for the bmw's and show cars :D skylines are generally meant to be a performance car how does adding 50kgs at each corner help performance :)

but like my opinion others have differing ones... its your car you put what you want on there if you are only doing it for others then you suck anyways :D

i reckon beemers look awful with bling. its so unfortunate that german cars get hit with the bling stick when they can look great when a bit of race-style/jdm influence gets into their guards.

if i had to have bling, it'd be some nice diamond cut 2/3 piece rims. DEFINATELY no chrome.

Spotted Jayce and Erica in the Forester out in Gordon looking at purdy Christmas lights, that WRX convoy looked pretty cool :D

Thanks! The boxer rumble was in full effect that night...And,whilst you say you were filming stuff,it does seem a little creepy that you were perched upon a grassy knoll...sniper rifle, anyone?!?

Chrome? did someone say HOT4s??? skylines and chrome wheels just dont match. anyone seen a 34 with chromies? nope, because it would not only look ugly, but some (like me) would consider it a sin.....(not that im religous or anything.....)

polished alloy dish is about as far you'd go (eg: my volks  )

except for vaults, whatever car has them looks like shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually yes, there's a black R34 GT-t with 19" chrome wheels getting around

But I agree Luke, I'm not a fan of chrome either, but each to their own, you like chrome wheels, buy them

    • That looks good, but I think you're going to need much beefier side skirts now.
    • They are daft and there's a reason it never caught on. Steering feel? We don't need no stinking steering feel!
    • I gotta pull you up on this. It's driving me crazy. A shutter is something that closes, like over a window or in a cmera. The word you want is shudder. That LSD is clearly f**ked. Take it to a diff shop and get it disassembled and examined by an expert. YOu might have plates welded together or something equally crazy.
    • Define "starting to fail". Wy not just rebuild them?
    • Check the Nistune doco. There are a few assumptions being made here that might not be valid. I will list the things that occur to me: Base map. Base map for what? Base map for Z32? Then the cranking pulse width is probably wrong for an RB25. The extra 500cc of capacity might well be enough to prevent it from catching. Base map for RB25? I don't think you can load one of those into a Z32. You have to just make the settings correct for an RB25 in the Z32 base map. That is either K or the TIM to get the pulsewidth right. Loom. You bought a loom for an RB. And you plugged it into a Z32 ECU. Did you make sure that any iwre differences were swapped. From memory, there's at least a couple. And as per the others, I would suggest making sure that the fuel pressure is correct while cranking and that the injectors are actually flowing as expected. They really must come out and go on the bench, unless you do find that you have messed up as per above points. I would also suggest watching in Nistune to make sure that everything is reading correctly. That the correct binary flags are raised at the right time (like the crank signal), that there's no stupid values in K or TIM. That you have not got mismatched firmware for the ECU and/or a wrong image loaded.
