i just purchased some DENSO 19550-2240 and was wondering if they will be enough for an RB25 putting out around 300-350RWKW With a Walbro 255 and SARD FPR , running on PowerFC Pro ..

Just wanted to know if anyone else are running these injectors and do they have any issues with duty cycle at those power levels ?

I did search , but i couldnt find anything?

fuel supply is incredibly important... ditch the walbro and get a decent pump, also the FPR is not needed.

i run my rb25 to a lil over 320rwkw on e85 (which requires ~30% more flow than 98) with the stock FPR, a nismo intank pump and nismo 555cc injectors

  • 1 month later...

if you're shooting for ~350rwkw on e85 you will need ~700's...

guilt's nismo 740's ran out of head room @ 370rwkw on CSR ethanol, although he probably could have gone a few killerwasps more if he was running the manildra ethanol

    • Hopefully it ends up being something manageable, like a hone, rather than a full bore—it would be a huge relief if it’s not as bad as it looks. Hang in there; these setbacks are annoying, but it sounds like you’re handling it as smartly as possible.

    • Thanks MBS206, i got that PDF but got abit overhelm with all the connections and tracing of wires. I wasn't expecting to plug the dash harness anywhere. i was just going to use my electronics jumper wires to plug into the right pins like ECU power, ecu ground, ignition trigger etc... I do have a few ratchet straps locking it down tight. Fire extinguisher ready and only a small amount of fuel at a time, enough to submerge the pump.
    • Thanks GTSBoy, i will do abit more digging. I am missing a blue relay near the ECU connector... so i will chase that up in the next few days as well
