for an every day plod around car and for general usage - ie dont care 4 doors, big boot, towbar etc

subaru b4 auto or manual do you reckon

both are pretty cheap (auto or manual)

and we can both drive manual my 33 is manual and her swift is manual

would the auto be too pissweak given its only a 4cyl 2.0 twin turbo?

Work nuts :(

i thought so but for some reason i remembered them being internal drive...

i want to get some fairly long nuts, so i was thinking maybe Kics R40 Revo with red end caps.... not sure on the neochrome as yet tho

I'll post a pic of my neochrome r40's when I get home. They're the bomb, look so good :(

ah the misses really wants a wagon

looks like its the subaru legacy then

only a few for sale

but still wagon, twin turbo auto or manual

stagea went good. didnt look as ugly as legnum. 260rs are pretty cheap these days. get one with out any rust and your pretty set

we had a look at some models and i think were more keen on a newer wagon

so i think an n/a penis fuel wagon will be more suitable

i do love the legnum twin turbo 3 litre but i thnk maybe a mid 2000 ish outback or liberty

do u think there is any interest in the HKS Fcon range of ecu's

ive been given some pdf's, access to the software and cable etc and manuals

it's a shame there isnt much info on these beasts, they look pretty complex

mm the hks standalone FCON pro is 1600 and the hks FCON is piggyback with harness is 1160

the hand controller fcon navigator looks pretty small and is another 330

you can see why powerfc dominated already

its 900 with a complete stande alone solution and hand controller included

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
