c) just separate booking times over a day in a workshop

Just finished clay-baring the whole car. Dent free and smooth as silk. It's really a liberating feeling having a dent free car for once! Thanks Matt. Not even a hint that any work was done. Paint on mine needs major paint correction though. Crappy OE Nissan paint. Oh well, no time to fix it before Sunday.

All your suggestions are very valid indeed. I was thinking of Northshore Prestige Motors in Balgowlah (near Manly) to host the ding day. There's ample parking for 40 plus cars. There's a park with bbq facilites practially right next door, or we can organise the bbq indoors.

Only times I can arrange it is on Saturdays.

What do people think.

Guys I only have 2 free saturdays until next year, one of them I have to go to dentist, so is next year too far away?

I can't really talk about the method I use to repair dents, I have signed a contract saying that I will not disclose work methods, sounds silly but thats why we have the edge on other companies that do PDR.

If there are 2 of us working on the day I wouldn't book in anymore that 10 cars each, some cars may take 2 minutes, others could take hours all depends on the dent.

G'day people. I have been flat out and haven't had the chance to get online in a while. At the moment i'm tied up fixing hail damaged cars for my employer. The other employee, in the company, is going on holidays for the whole of October, so this will make finding time to repair any dents you have very difficult for the next month at least. I really don't want to be doing too much work on the weekends as 70+ hours repairing dents a week gets me pretty buggered.

Feel free to PM me with details of the vehicle, age, colour, location and size of dent(s). If you can send a picture as well then that is very helpful.

I must stress that not all dents are repairable, however, I will do my best to explain why it isn't or why it won't be 100% and what the end result will look like.

People often ask me how much to fix their dents, not many people ask about the quality of the repairs I do. There are many hacks out there that will try to repair your dents for prices starting at $30, often we get calls after people like them have attempted repairs and failed and they want us to fix it. Most of the time we can't undo what they have already done. So if you want it done right, I will get it done properly the first time. Older cars can be difficult as the paint gets brittle as the car ages.

As SKIZO mentioned every dent is different, my prices start from $50 per panel and that is a special price for SAU members.

Without going into too much detail I work on BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Volvo, Peugeot, VW, Subaru, Toyota, Honda and many more.

A big thank you to SKIZO I'm really glad you are happy with the repairs I did.

If I fix dents for someone with a decent camera i'll try to get some pics up, it doesn't really do justice to my work though, video is the best way to show my work but it is very time consuming and takes 2 people, too much hassle.

Just wondering if you're still in this line of work? If so, I need you if you can massage out a few dents in a workshop at Rydalmere.

It has fluoro lights, and the car will remain there for the next 4 days.

If not, is there anyone else here in Sydney that you SAUers recommend and can make it out (with your tools) to Rydalmere?

My appreciation in advance since my previous dent removalist is now a chef.

Hey Terry I'm not quite sure if these guys go onsite, I have only taken my car to their workshop... They are in Taren Point so might a bit of a hike. Cant fault the work though, had about 6 small dents pulled out of the passenger door on my 200 and can't find any trace of them.

There were 8+ dents on this rear quarter panel alone. Plus 4 on the FR quarter.

Matt took from 10am till 2pm to massage them all out at JLM's premises. And one of JLM's workers, a former panelbeater - Maurice, said that Matt was really meticulous.

Before seeing the job and from the description I gave, Matt quoted between $300-350. Whilst he still had an hour to go, he said $280. I offered $300. But he insisted on $280 for the 12 dents. Magic!
