Shhh! They need sponsors... you're ruining it! Some might say the crashes were on purpose, nothing like a crash to get some TV time.

Ant and Crofty were talking about Toro Rosso in FP2 and their lack of pace compared to RBR. Apparently RBR and TR share tech (even though TR designed their own cars this year apparently) so why the aren't there four Redbull cars at the front of the grid if that's the case? Can anyone explain it or point me in the right direction? Or is it a case of not actually sharing tech? I actually thought they weren't allowed until this came up today.
