the best thing for you to do is not bother asking for advice on here, but to call your insurance company and ask them what to do. that way you have 100% accurate information.

Thats the best advise youve ever given marc.

Buuutttt

Did the bus have a cat-back?

just call the cops anyway, and get it all recorded, should always do it unless its just a little carpark ding...if its in new south wales they probably wont attend if both cars can drive and if no one is hurt, but call them anyway. you never know what kind of shifties the other party involved will try and pull. call them up and get an incident number so that the insurance companies can refer to it later...the last thing u want to be doing is calling them up going ummm i had an accident like umm two weeks ago.

always cover yourself as best you can..i didn't and my car has been off the road for coming up to four months now

+1 for calling your insurance company, even if you only have third party and you wont be making a claim with them, let them know anyway

good luck getting it sorted mate, sux about the accident

If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
