What Oil Filter Do U Use

Hi all just finishing up my oil cooler and filter install and have found that the Z145a filter doesn't fit on my relocator, but a big commodore Z30 does, the Z30 has a 13/16 thread so what I'm looking for is something with that thread but in a Z145a size. Can any one point me in the right direction,

try a z160, use them on commodore v8's. same thread
