Exhaust note sounds pretty tough in my opinion, especially when your right up it! We're just running off the spring pressures so far. Car has been de tuned to 350rwkw on 17psi

It's running the smaller .91 rear housing though it's probably a touch laggy but we will be playing with the cam gears and will hopefully be able to being it on 3-500 rpm earlier

I suppose I see it as a touch laggy as the only other high hp car I've driven at that level is Piggaz's 2.8 -5 setup on e85 and that things pretty responsive

But yea feul is just pump at the moment so will hopefully be cracking over 430rwkw with some boost and better fuel

Forgot to mention I'm also running the Ross crank trigger setup with a link g4 ecu and I have to say the car runs very well in terms of idle and light throttle applications

The extra 200cc Piggaz' car has would make a big difference.

Sounds really promising so far man, I'd not be overly surprised if you got in the territory of your 430kw target at 25psi just on pump gas. Don't be shy on E85, lets see 500kw :D

Oh your poor gearbox Joey.

It's ok. We can have a 'gearbox BBQ' when it dies. Throw yours, mine and Steveo's gearset in a fire and watch them burn!

It's going to see what this thing makes on E85! It's going to be one wild ride :D

I purchased a 8375 FMW.. Won't make it into the car for a while though.. Need new ECU fuel system ect.

I was pretty disapointed with the casting quality of the housings though. Especially the exhaust housing.. its rough as inside..

Purchased from Street to Track.

I bought my last Garrett through him and he's very cheap, extremely fast and great to deal with..

Will get some pictures when I get some free time..

How much did it cost u? I've been trying to order one from himni racing but they only seem to reply to email every Saturday so waiting on an invoice

1400 seems a bit steep.. I got mine for 950 Inc V band + delivery from full race..

Personally I think the 83/75 will perform pretty well.. I havent wound full boost into mine yet but it's looking very promising. Looking to crack 450 on E85.

And they sound frigan awesome!

They really aren't very clear with the naming conventions, !!

S366SX is looking very probable for me, would love to see if there is something that sits exactly around 600hpatw though.

Well mine made 375rwkw on 18 pound, on 25 psi 450rwkw should be doable.. That's around 600hp

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
