That dirt bikes similar to what im looking for.. still not sure if i want the full motox version or trail spec yet

When we going on SAU vic road bike ride?

Give me a week or two to get acquainted with my ride and we'll go for a ride. Charlie needs to get another road bike and she can join us...

All that happened was a few Americans ripped off the Jap VIP from the '80s, Westernised it, profited massively.

And now the "trend kiddies" or "band wagoners" have their knickers in a knot over someone else profiting...

Absolutely hilarious.

Still haven't read the thread, cause I can't be bothered reading anything to do with "stance", but are they complaining about the new people who will see their trend and then copy it off them? Doesn't this happen just by driving on the roads to show off their "stance"? Morons.

Nice, how does the RX-8 drive?

Always liked the interior, from what I remember from sitting in one at the Melbourne Motor show many moons ago :D

its not a 'powerful' car, but its enough for her..

drives really well and revs out to 8500 factory...

interior is awesome, with the recaro buckets as well..

she loves it

inb4 Mohsen tries to get a work exemption for an R1, then sells it to buy a spate of shitty bikes and is convinced they're broken all the time, all the while spending good money on pointless mods and acting paranoid about the police defecting his standard 250cc learner bike

fkn lol, but fyp brah

lmfao ric.

not helping charlie!

Srsly dude, the license test isn't hard... if anything the longer you leave it the more bothersome and costly the process will become, recently there have been articles on how the tests aren't strict enough etc. Plus it's not as if you need to buy a bike straight away. Just get your license to begin with!

Two things that usually kill people on bikes, being their own stupidity/inexperience or other drivers on the road. The latter can't always be avoided but there are certain ways to ride in traffic that improve your chances of surviving

Hella flush bike.

Don't get me started on speedboats Rimon, lol, father always had them when I was a kid so that could easily come back into my life and I don't need any more expenses. Jet skis are pretty f**king awesome though...anything can tow them, buy a POS Commy or R31 for a grand.

Korean bike, not the best quality but have come a long way and look awesome, especially for the dollars. Would be perfectly suitable for a bike on your restrictions, probably what I would get if I did it again. Don't sound half bad either.

-_- That's why I was referring to the Suzuki and not the R1 with that particular change, I agree that chrome would not match the R1, which is why I said rim tape.

You wouldn't bother colouring the rim on something that's not a show bike because in all likeliness your rims are going to be scratched up by the mechanic at the shop next time the tyres are changed. This obviously doesn't matter with polished rims because there's nothing to scratch off but painting something is just going to mean you either need to not ride the thing, change the tyres yourself or be prepared for a redo every time you change the rubber.

oic. I am much confuse.

Women speak in riddles at the best of times ^^^ much better explaination

:D

Seriously though if the tyres can't be changed without scratching rims... Or a properly prepped/painted setup that will last against track work... Surely possible?

Can be done with car rims. Can't see it being much different

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
