If they (due to their error) have a lower price, and a customer purchases it at that, are they bound to honour that price? I mean they could easily 'sorry, it was a mistake, (a) pay proper price or (b) refund', I'm guessing? Or, yeah, do they have no actual recourse and should legally honour it? Haha, well I'd say the pricing error was fairly significant; Pierre Cardin suit... $9. I got six (LOL... 3 for my mate, 3 for me). Basically there was a discount code meant to give you -$390... but the pricing was done at $399... so with discount, they all became $9 each. Already paid/got an order receipt for it sorta thing I suppose, but don't know if the funds have been taken from my cc.
