As the title says, I am putting my GTR R34 up for sale..... this car is a year 2000 model GTR R34 with 30,000 klm's total it is in immaculate condition. I have owned the car for 5 years, it has travelled 12,000 klm's in the time I have owned it, I have just built a "brand new" engine.. yes it is brand new not some Jap crap built, this is the real deal.. The car was a original white car but it was painted a custom Bayside Blue/Pearl paint, body work and paint is show quality not a scratch or dent on the car.

Reason for sale is I have got 4 other cars in the shed and I have just bought a "Investment" car from the US that will replace my GTR R34, sadly one has to go, I have bought the best parts money can buy for this car in the 5 years I have owned it, it is fully sorted with nothing to spend... I have done it all for you, if you want to verify the car call Ian at Hi Octane racing he knows the car as he supplied a lot of the engine parts. Some parts on the car are not available any more.

Firstly lets make sure if you are still reading this post up to here we get it right..... "Im not desperate to sell" so do not text or phone asking if I am parting out the car, willing to trade a WRX, some other junker.... or to make a ridiculous offer as you will be told to "GFY" Im not interested. My GTR is immaculate in every possible way..

This car would be one of the best GTR R34 in Australia, if I'm wrong you prove it, this is a 9 sec street car it is the most powerful car to run on the CNJ 4WD dyno to date... Car is tuned by CNJ Motor sport in Brisbane ( the same people who do the Mark Berry Hi Octane GTR R34 )

Let the lucky buyer get the deal of the century, if you can build this car for anything like my asking price your in dream land... Engine was built by Wilkins performance engines in Sydney they are one of the best engine builders in AU was completed 2 weeks ago, it has cost me 30K I have not even driven the car yet.

Absolutely gorgeous list of parts you have there, a serious GTR. I need a set of those brakes for my GTR

Good luck with sale

Cheers mate, as you know the parts list is worth more than my asking price... some lucky buyer can enjoy it. You can have a set of these brakes you just have to spend 10K to get them that's all.....( bugger)

I do have a lista mile long done to the car, listed is a brief description, anyone who is genuine I have got a lot of detailed photos that the post wont let me upload.

lol, thats what i thought but they deleted my post :)

you want to sell your car and want to be an asshole at the same time.

mate ill be laughing when a 900hp car, that costs a tenth of yours beats you.

nice car though :)

Hi Dave,

I don't know you, but what a fully loaded R34 GTR you have!

One of the best parts list that I have ever seen, comprising of nothing but top shelf JDM and other aftermarket products - Ikeya; Project Mu; Bride; Ohlins; Holliger just to name a few.

$95 K asking price is an absolute bargain IMO. I know what you mean by the costs of parts alone would be more than asking price, let alone the time and labour costs involved. I have been there and done that personally.

I would love to see more photos, build photo diary; dyno charts etc.

Good luck with the sale. Whoever on the market for a GTR in the price bracket and caliber, I guess this is the one.

BTW, what capacity is engine? still 2.6L?

Cheers

Matt

You've been warned yet clearly haven't learnt, so you are now banned for 5 days.

Same will apply for the next person that can't follow the rules.

Very nice car mate.. I know it has all the fruit in it but in the market atm and at that price I think you will have it for a while.. Hardly anyone on here has $95,000 to spend on a car..

If you read the post unlike others selling their cars "Im not desperate to sell" and fortunately for me I still get to drive it....

Im in brisbane as I'm typing this, the car is on the dyno and last night was its first run with the new engine, we tuned it to pump fuel.. it is making 340KW ATW at 30% throttle and made 460KW ATW @ 1.4 bar....

Today is on VP 109....

Not bad for a 2.6 LTR.. Sigma engine.

Dyno results are

98 octane pump fuel 460 KW at all 4 wheels 1.5 bar... Has been detuned to 420 Kw at 1.3 bar

MS 109 VP 590 KW at all 4 wheels 2.2 bar.. has been detuned to 530 kw at 2 bar

The car has dual maps so you can run either pump fuel or race fuel at the flick of a switch.

    • I wanted to try and preserve the front bumper as long as possible, they're not cheap and are made to order in Japan. Taking inspiration from my previous K11 Micra build where I made an undertray for the Impul bumper, I did the same for this BN Sports bumper but a little slimmed down.  This time round I only made a 'skid plate' (if that's the correct wording/term) for just the bumper surface area, the Micra version covered the gap like an undertray. Starting off with a sheet of mild steel approx. 0.9mm thick 4ft x 2ft in size. I traced around the bumper, cut it out and cleaned the edges. Luckily I was able to get two halves from one piece of metal In the video I installed it as is, but I've since then I've removed it to spray and add a rubber edging trim. The rubber trim is suitable for 1-2mm and it's a really nice tight fit. The bolts had to be loosened due to the plates being too tight against the bumper, the trim wouldn't push on I used some stainless M6 flat headed bolts for a flusher finish (rather than hex heads poking down), I believe this style fastener is used for furniture too incase you struggle to source some. The corner's are a little wider, but this may be an advantage incase I get close to bumping it  The front grill got some attention, finally getting round to repairing it. Upon removal one fixing pulled itself out of the plastic frame, one side is M8 that fixes inside of the frame, where as the other side is M5. Not knowing I could get replacements, I cut down an M8 bolt, threaded it inside the frame along with a decent amount of JB Weld.  The mesh was replaced to match the bumper. One hole on the bonnet/hood had to be drilled out to 8mm to accommodate the new stud, once the glue had set it could be refitted. I think the reason the grill was double meshed was to hide the horn/bonnet latch (which makes sense) but I much prefer it matching the bumper Bumper refitted and it's looking much better IMO The Youtube video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVZP35io9MA
    • The video for the servicing and fuel filter change can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLJ65pmQt44 One of the main jobs I wanted to do before the car officially went on the road, was to remove the awful looking blue silicone hoses. There's nothing wrong with having coloured silicone hoses, but I realise as I'm getting older I prefer monotone engine bays with a splash of colour on the engine cover(s). I cover this in a lot more detail in the Youtube video, so unfortunately there's limited photos of the process. The intercooler, upper radiator, boost vacuum and upper breather hoses were all changed to black silicone with mikalor clamps. The only blue left is a blanking cap at the back of the inlet manifold and the GReddy pulleys (which will be replaced for stock when the cambelt gets replaced) While the intercooler pipes were off I gave them a quick clean/polish too A before photo I do have a replacement air filter on its way. Fuse box covers were painted blue, they're now satin black Another job on the list while the bumper was off, is to add some mesh https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54737966256_99b28bfa30_c.jpg[/img] I was hoping to use some thin wire to secure it, but it seems I've misplaced it and the wire I had was too thick to twist easily. I ended up using cable ties for the time being https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54737131882_c2b7989dcc_c.jpg[/img] Was pleasant to see this https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54737131627_8b2aab13b3_c.jpg[/img] The last thing to do was to fix the front grill and re-mesh that to match but I ran out of time The Youtube video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4FsF6tgizE&t=23s
