it will help if you clearance a little of the tinwork around the reverse lockout fitting on the LHS of the box as it gets very close to the body. Alternatively, just leave it out and get rid of the whole reverse lockout mechanism. Just need to plug up the whole with the right bolt/fitting ;)

I'm heading out there today. I'll see how they're going. :D

Found this on the LS1 forum:

Set your base pressure at 43, boost to 30. Flow at the pump will be abouyt 125Gph = 473lt/h = 7.8lt/min.

There is the culprit. The tooth fairy was good, bought me a OS88 instead of a few bucks. Winner!

Old and new. Evidence of an exhaust leak on the 5 speed.

Modified transfer case.

Both Nitto 1 and its OS88, and one other R34 that ran a Hollinger up here in Cairns used a custom spec NPC twin plate, setup to handle over 1100hp. Basically what I have in my car, with a different type of spring hub centre. So when you get tired of it, you know where to go. Price was reasonable too.$2920.

Day of nothing yesterday. A sub station up the road went up in smoke and the whale was up on the hoist higher than the gearbox jack could reach. Lol.

Took back my old transfer case to Award as it was on exchange basis. Awesome guys at Award, Trish and Terry. Highly recommended!!

That was that.

Looking at fuel pumps, I found this bad boy.

720L/hour at 3 bar and 560 ish at 75 psi. I'm sick of dicking around with 044's that just don't last. It will also cover me for any future turbo changes/upgrades... *cough* :D. It's E85 friendly also.

Pump looks the works, know anyone that have used them ?

Glad to see you are looking ahead, if you decided to change your turbo, what do you have in mind. I thought your car was pretty well balanced as it is but maybe a new age Turbo could make it even better :)

    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
