Post a pic up

I made mine work off the HKS intake pipe (already has the port for a BOV return but) with 2 90degree rubber hoses and a straight bit of Aluminium pipe. My BOV has a custom fitting to allow it to be plumback

Mine has a Front facing intake manifold so thats why its plumbed back the way it is, Might not be much help but I'll put a photo up anyway:

Ok I don't have the stock one and I have custom piping and pod will the stock one still hook up?

If that's the case, show pics or at least tell us what BOV etc so we can tell you what to do, yes it's possible to plumb it back into your piping...

Ohhh they are the ones that look like the LOL meme guy :P

That makes life harder as I don't know if you can get a plumb back pipe for it, it kinda defeats the purpose of having it too....

Maybe revert to stock or another style

On any normal day i would be against the cops for defects, but a BOV isn't exactly a performance upgrade and they do sh*t me at times.... But that's just my opinion....

You don't have the time to mess around, are you running stock turbo etc? Can u borrow std gear to

Use? (I would honestly look into a permanent fix as its just gunna happen again and if it does they may pick on you for other stuff for wasting their time)....

Still post a pic if u can

Yeah the BOV was on there when I gOt the car I Im not a huge fan of them as I believe it is making my car ideal bad so I would probably take it off all together it wouldn't worrie me and I run a high mount turbo

I run a high mount turbo and the BOV is plumbed back into the intake, 100% plumbed back... See if you can do the same, but once again we need to see it to be able to tell you...

Is your bov mounted on a round fitting with a circlip or the normal 2 bolt type flange? If you have the 2 bolt flange you can buy a (or my) GTR bov which will look stock (well it is stock) but be a bit more robust than an RB25DET one. You still need to find a place to plumb the return in though - shouldn't cost too much to get a piece welded on your intake.

No it's all custom piping intake pipe turbo piping and piping from pod to turbo

post a photo of your engine bay, so we can see your custom piping.

If you are still running the stock crossover piping and its just your intake and hot pipe thats changed, you will just need to get a bung welded onto the intake pipe, a stock bov and a return pipe.

I have a stock rb25det bov and a gtr one in the shed, but obviously we need to see your setup so we can give you advice.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
